- Tulipo - named after the breeding Stallion at Stud.
He is a gentle and calm soul with endless potential. He has the smoothest, floaty trot and canter I have ever felt. Would go far in dressage but would also be a brilliant all-rounder.
He has been slowly produced, broken at 4, thereafter he mostly did hacking and farm rides and has just begun schooling this year.
He went on his first hunt a few weeks back and was brilliant, popped over a ditch and was sensible in the busy environment which he is very much not used to.
He likes his jumping and has plenty of scope, he just competed in his first showjumping competition.
Great to hack, alone and in company. Can look at random leaves, etc. But things that should concern him, don't - like a cow exploding out of the hedge right in front of him.
Great with cars and very noisey rattly vans/trailers, etc, still a little cautious of big trucks - but has had very little experience of them, living in a small rural village for 5 years.
Very happy to live in or out, alone or with friends. Gets along with all horses.
A very easy horse to look after, never have to worry about him. Good doer, doesn't take much feeding or rugging, not yet clipped.
Can be hesitant loading into the trailer, usually takes some bribery.
Full history known. This horse will go very far in the right hands - very sad sale only due to personal reasons.
