Showgirl is a stunning well put together mare. She has the most beautiful head. Sired by Mastermind (Quickfeuer Van Koekshof/Heartbreaker) out of a mare by Lordannas. Bred by the renowned Castell Stud. Purchased as an unbroken 3yr old from the stud with full set of clean x-rays and vetting.

She was broken in by myself as a late 3yr old never rushed or over faced. She has been hacking out passing busses, lorries etc. She is very kind natured on the ground and to deal with in all ways, in and out the stable. Not at all marish. Barefoot with good strong feet, she is good to trim feet, clip, load, travel, catch. Turns out with mares or geldings, currently living out.

She really has an exceptional jump on her, knees to nose action every time. She will be a very exciting one for age classes next year and beyond. She moves very well in all paces and believe she would event and well. She has done pole work and popped a few small fences under saddle. She is blood type and one you could work all day without tiring or getting bored. She is more sharp to ride in the school than out hacking. She has hunted previously, although her real strengths lie in her jumping and eventing, she absolutely loves cross country.

He's had lessons and clinics for XC, arena eventing, flat work and show jumping. He's jumped indoor and outdoor with heights normally at 60/70cm, but jumping 90cm at home. Last year he went to pony club camp and was a camp favourite.

He hacks alone in company and will lead. He's great with farm traffic and animals. Will have the odd spook at a dock leaf, but doesn't do anything naughty, just goes forwards. Hence he's not a novice's horse, even though he's had all ages and abilities ride him.

Juno is quirkier on the ground than ridden, as he does need company in the field and stable. He will live in or out and in a mixed herd. He's good to catch and lead.

He's good for the farrier to trim, never needed shoes, but I dont know why he couldn't be shod.

He loads and travels well ( I have a trailer).

This beautiful young gelding was bred and started in Ireland where he hacked alone and hunted throughout the previous season. He proved to be polite with the dogs and other horses. Bold and brave jumping all he was faced with.

He was purchased Feb 25 and once transported was given time to settle, whilst continuing with basic lunging and groundwork. He then went to Alec Miles, a professional trainer for 3 months being restarted under saddle, ensuring the basics were established in the arena, hacking out at the weekends. He went on to start some lateral work and saw his first coloured fences. He began to accept both leg and the hand coming into a nice outline.

He received a glowing report and didn't put a hoof wrong.

He is keen to please and proves very trainable can become a little anxious when unsure what is being asked of him looking to the rider for support For this reason he is not currently a Novice ride.

He is snaffle mouthed although can become strong when excited esp whilst jumping. This is a further schooling need and he is being seen by The Bit Doctor on 24/08 for assessment.

In the stable he is sweet and easy. He is still a young horse and is a little anxious if a stranger tries to rush him without introducing themselves. Introductions over and he's an angel to handle, groom, tack up, muck out etc with or without being tied up in the stable. He will tie up outside and wait patiently with a hay net. Can be left in alone if needed.

He is super to clip, including his head, jaw ears and under belly he will fall asleep with his headcollar over one ear, untied in the middle of a busy yard!

He is good to shoe, load and travel in a box, lorry or trailer. Good to lead, easy to catch. Enjoys attention and has always been gentle with small children and animals. He stands quietly to be hosed off all over.

He is happy to have a rider legged up. At the mounting block once the rider is in the saddle he will sometimes walk forwards. He never rushes off. He doesn't bolt rear or buck.

Although he is not currently for a Novice rider as he is a very forward, reactive to the leg and sensitive in the hand. A confident novice rider who enjoys a forward sensitive soul would likely be fine. (I do allow my very novice 9 year old granddaughter to ride him supervised in a small arena in walk and trot and he looks after her beautifully)

Over the past eleven months he has attended and enjoyed many pole work clinics, flat work lessons, general schooling sessions and some hacking on and off site. He is great with large vehicles and farm tractors, trailers, working machinery, lorries horse boxes etc. Also all road traffic he has met.

More recently he has started to attended jumping clinics showing a beautiful natural bascule over a fence (generally 70-80 courses showing scope for much more) Recently clearing 1.05/1.10 during a fun event. He has also participated in X country training really finding his feet, covering the ground well and thoroughly enjoying the experience.

He has started some unaffiliated competition and has been successful at dressage, show jumping and showing. He truly has the makings of a great alrounder turning his hoof to anything with a smile on his face!

My health is deteriorating and is not likely to improve. He deserves to find a longer term home where he can be given further training and opportunity to thrive.

You can also ride her in just a headcolar, completely tackles. Equally for a more established rider she works in a beautiful outline up into the contact and gives you a lovely feel. She is a fun ride who knows the movements like walk to canter, leg yields as well as having auto flying changes established. She has a wealth of knowledge to teach her next rider. She has competed at unaffiliated novice level dressage successfully. She is very good to ride away from home and really does know and love her job.

Dyanne loves her jumping, she is a real point and aim jumping machine. She makes a nice scopey shape and is careful. She takes you into a jump in a lovely relaxed rhythm and is very honest and genuine to jump. She will help her rider out and go on a long or short stride, she really knows her job and wants to jump. She is very bold and jumps all fillers and water tray confidently. She is very ridable around a course of fences and nicely balanced around tight turns and does flying changes where necessary. She would be perfect to teach her next rider and maybe bring them on from jumping cross poles to jumping courses of 1m plus. She has also been xc schooling a number of times where she is always super genuine. She has a super comprehensive jumping record up to Foxhunter including jumping at the BS championships. She has also show jumped all through the PC including jumping at the Royal Windsor horse show PC110 and JCB PC national championships. She has lots of experience to now teach her next rider; she would be perfect for a teen wanting to go all through PC and school teams ect. She would also wipe the board clean at unafiliated level and riding club for someone wanting to go out and have fun whilst feeling very safe.

Dyanne is lovely to hack both alone and in company. She is excellent in traffic and very confident in his own skin. She has been used to give less experienced horses a lead out hacking as she is as rock solid on the roads as they come. She is very sensible in open spaces and not at all sharp. She will canter through a stubble field on the buckle end or equally in a headcolar, shes very safe and uncomplicated. She has been on lots of pleasure rides where she is always so much fun and a nice calming influence on other horses. She has recently been a brilliant fun horse for her lease rider over the last year who has predominately used her for hacking, fun rides, tackles fun and also hunting (she proved good with hounds). She has also been on beach rides and to the gallops. She loves going out and about and having fun with her ride. She would be very well suited to someone wanting to combine pleasure rides with riding club and jumping fun. She would definitely make someone a real quality safe Rolls Royce leisure/pleasure horse. It’s really difficult to find a horse as talented as Dyanne who also excels as a pleasure horse and makes her rider feel very safe! She would excel as a mother/daughter/family share in that respect.

Dyanne has a super temperament. She puts a smile on your face every day. She loves people and will make someone an amazing best friend. She is always good to catch and lead in, she’s like a Labrador, very respectful. She loves all the attention of being groomed and pampered. She is very easy to handle in all ways. She lives in and out and is happy be turned out next to or in with other horses. She is great to shoe, wash and clip. She loads perfectly and travels like a dream. She’s great to take out and rides the same in new places as she does at home. She really is such a genuine honest horse who deserves the best of homes.

This is a very sad sale of my clients horse of a life time. She is sadly offered for sale as her owner now wants to jump higher tracks and has a younger horse coming through the levels, if she could afford to keep both Dyanne wouldn’t be going anywhere.
