We bought Gilka for our 13yr daughter to transition from ponies to horses. This mare took my daughter from jumping 1.10m juniors to 1.30m Seniors within a year, Qualifying BlueChips 2026, winning National COH classes at large pony premiers, placed 4th in the COH Grand Prix at Poys 2026. Placed everyday at Bolesworth International in the 1.30m

My daughter was then selected for Team GB in COH for Italy and Hagen Nations Cups followed by Europeans 2026, resulting in a Team Bronze and Gold medal

My daughter is now 14 and out of COH.

Aswell as being a fantastic competition mare jumping consistent in any ring at any show, indoors or outdoors. She is an amazing family horse. Safe to hack alone or in company, Travel alone or in company and easy to do in everyway.

A seriously quality 17.1hh grey gelding by Zirocco Blue, out of a Crusador mare, Rocco has been in the same home for over three years and is a horse we know exceptionally well. Ralph is one of those rare horses who genuinely looks after his rider. He has competed successfully up to 1.40m and is a talented, smart all-rounder with a wonderfully kind temperament. Unfazed by almost anything, he is equally happy looking after a novice rider or stepping up when asked by someone more experienced, he has a big bouncy Warmblood trott so real beginners may take a while to get use to that, he has a lovely armchair canter and moves well.

He is easy to handle in every way, great to catch, load, shoe great for the dentist. He has no ridden or stable vices, no ongoing medical issues or known allergies and is fully up to date with his feet, teeth, back and vaccinations.

Ralph turned 15 this month, and we have had three wonderful years with him. Sadly, increasing work and family commitments mean I can no longer give him the time he deserves, so this is a genuine sale.

Finding Ralph the right forever home is incredibly important to us. I think he would be a fantastic prospect for someone coming up from jumping ponies and looking for a horse who can take them up through the levels, while already knowing his job.

Equally, he would suit someone looking for a safe, sensible all-rounder to have some hassle-free fun with, or a more experienced/older rider who wants to do a bit of everything without needing to ride something that requires constant management. He will help his rider out, think for himself and isn't one to hold a mistake against you.

Dory is a talented, forward-thinking competition horse with stunning paces, who is happiest with a confident, competent rider. That said, underneath him is an incredibly nurturing and forgiving character who gives his rider confidence. He wants to work with you, not against you.

Although showjumping is very much his passion, he is extremely versatile. Great to hack and very road safe alone & in company. Confidently schooled 1m Arena Eventing @ Pyecombe, going through water with a smile on his face, making him enjoyable outside of the showjumping ring too. His flatwork is spot on and rides a dressage test beautifully . Dory will definitely suit eventing.

On the ground he is a gentle, affectionate soul who absolutely adores attention and will happily stand being fussed over. He has a wonderful personality and is a horse you quickly become very attached to.

Easy to do. Great to box, travel and stand on the lorry & at the ring at a show so competing is stress free and a joy.
