There are not enough nice things I can say about this mare ! I Bought Buttons as 3 year old from the breeder last year. I have slowly broken her over the winter and is now ready to find her new home.

She is by Soco blue (zirroco blue) out of a cardento mare

She has been to 2 shows jumping British novice both times going straight round and unfazed by anything at all. She warms up beautifully with other horses. I take her on her Own and do everything by myself and she is just a pleasure to do. She makes going to a show enjoyable experience without having to worry

She has been xc schooling showing she is bold and brave. She went on her own with no lead and went straight into the water and down steps no questions asked. She jumped everything in sight with no problems what so ever.

She has the best personality and the kindest nature and would be a true asset to somebody. Buttons hacks out on the lanes by the yard perfectly, she leads our older horses out and is very patient with passing cars and vehicles.

Shes up to date with vacs and teeth. I’ve also had her x rayed head to toe back in January and she has good x rays.

Very reluctant to sell and If she doesnt then she will be kept to produce on futher.

Calisto has been a star on the livery yard and a huge part of both mine and my son’s journey. He originally started as my son’s project horse, teaching him invaluable lessons and giving him fantastic experience. My son rode Calisto in the Kent teams and training him regularly at fox hunter level (2 years ago).

Due to exams, my son chose to focus on his studies, and the ride naturally passed to me. As a 57-year-old rider, I have thoroughly enjoyed him; however, Calisto is a forward-going, quality horse who would benefit from a confident and experienced rider to truly excel.

Over the past 2 years, I have kept Calisto ticking over with regular hacking, flatwork and weekly lessons. He is a well-mannered, sensible horse on the ground and in traffic, but ready for a home where he can be fully worked and challenged.

His stable name is Yogi. When he came over from the Netherlands, he was professionally backed and ridden away. He did a solid 18 months in work and then I fell pregnant and he had some time off. We then moved our whole lives to Wiltshire, so he had even more time off, he then was brought back into work and he went to a lady on loan for a while. He’s now back with me and I’ve just had my 4th child, he’s so wasted it’s unreal. He can really jump and loves to have a job. Hes a compact little horse and gives a really lovely uphill ride when he’s in full work. Rides on the flat beautifully in an outline and understands what your hand and leg are and the usual aids including flying changes etc. Very low maintenance lives on hay/hayledge (no hard feed) even in full work he’s a good dooer. Barfoot and happy at the moment but has had shoes on before and Lives out in the summer then in In the winter.

Can come with an extensively huge wardrobe and tack etc if full price is paid. Open to any vet. No vices at all. Comes to call in the field. Loves people and attention.

Good to clip, wash and groom. Stands in cross ties well. Fab for the farrier. Loads like a dream!

He’s amazing to hack in the heaviest of traffic goes in-front or behind. Never strong or silly.

Really hard decision for me he’s my dream horse but it’s not fair on him to be wasted doing nothing! Loads of videos and photos of him over the years and at shows for someone who’s interested.

Needs an experienced rider to bring out the best in him. No joy riders please. Competition home would be ideal. Could be out this summer jumping BSJA. All of the groundwork and the foundations have been done properly when he was younger so won’t take long to bring that back.
