Oscar has the kindest & most willing temperament and is currently jumping 6yr old classes with a 19yr old lad. He is utterly straightforward to ride and handle, combines carefulness and competitiveness but still takes the occasional miss. He is also regularly ridden and has been competed by a petite 17yr old girl.

He toured in Spain as a 5yo and with us as a 6yo and he was placed 10 times out of 12 rounds during MET 3&4 in Oliva 2025.

He has placings in classes up to 1.30 both in the UK and abroad to include:
Placed at Chard CSI 6yr old Final
Placed in 1st Hickstead 6yr old Qualfier Derby Meeting and jumped the Final

He has been produced carefully and kindly, lives on a farm with plenty of superb off road hacking, seen it all both at home and on the competition circuit. This lovely horse has an old head on his shoulders and could do an amazing job for a younger rider, competent amateur but equally has so much scope and competitiveness that would be a value add to a professional's string. He will have no problem with the 7 year old tracks next year.

This wonderful horse presents a rare opportunity to acquire a son of the world famous Soliman de Hus combined with the versatility, temperament and blood of an Irish Sport Horse Dam.

Chocolat is a beautiful 3 year old dark bay/black gelding exhibiting blood, active movements, an easy jumping technique and is very careful over poles. Although he ha is very inexperienced he shows that he has quality and a willing attitude, in addition to a superb temperament.

With dressage qualities forming a solid anchor from the Sire, combined with the Thoroughbred bloodiness and performance from the Dam Chocolat has exceptional presence and the potential to excel in any discipline.

Although he is only 3 he is already showing that he is a quick learner. With only one weeks schooling he participated in a loose jumping class and shows he is clever and careful over poles. Chilli is the coolest horse in the world to ride! He’s gorgeous on the flat, balanced, responsive and can do quite a few dressage movements! He has showjumped internationally up to 1m30 / 1m40 and has multiple wins/placings at 1m20.

We would love to see chilli to a keen person who has no desire to jump bigger than about 1m10, where he is just super content and doesn’t have any pressure at all. He literally skips around that height, is very happy and mega at turning, jumping on stupid angles, does not look at anything!! I am currently jumping 110/115 on him and he is never out the top 3! He’s never had a pole with me and he’s super fast against the clock, turns so tight and jumps of any stride. He really is a school master at these heights.

He’s such a straight forward snaffle mouth ride, you literally sit, turn, point and let him do his job! Currently just restarted his BS career after not being registered since 2022, for no reason other than owner wasn’t jumping him anymore.

He loves his hacking, goes absolutely anywhere alone or in company, fantastic in traffic and open spaces! Such a fun, genuine proven horse. Has been cross country and loves it! We are looking for a fun home where he would get a variety of life and not just stuck in the arena every day! He likes getting out and about hacking and having fun and he’s done all his high pressured performance years, we feel he would give someone so much experience around 1m/1m10 tracks and they would have a brilliant time, as well as enjoying a varied ridden life.

He would also be a top quality riding club horse! Chilli will absolutely need someone who isn’t going to be pathetic around him on the ground. He will walk all over you! Needs a firm but kind type of handler that won’t take any nonsense! He’s great to do anything with, but you do need to take a treat to catch him occasionally.

Chill recently took up side saddle when my friends horse went lame! He was ridden 3 times at home side saddle then went straight in to a championship competition! This really does prove what a complete legend he is to take that on having never been trained saddle. He even came home with some ribbons.
