Multiple wins at 1.20,1.25, 1.30 and won both his and his riders first 1.40 on the 5th August 2026.

Hp Sauce would suit a confident, competitive Junior or Young Rider looking for a horse to progress through the levels. Bold, brave and quick across the ground, all the qualities you would want in a Junior/Young Rider teams horse. He loves a jump off, is super careful and will happily take a miss and not hold it against you. HP has huge scope and breadth, no fence is ever too big or wide for him.

Hp is very well schooled on the flat due to his eventing background with auto changes, half pass and much more. He has huge adjustability in his gaits and is so much fun to school.

Hp is a huge character on the yard and pleasure to own and be around both at home and shows. He loves attention and fuss.

I believe he has much more to give in the ring, he trains around 1.50 with ease and scope for more. But his rider is just stepping up to these heights so its a learning curve.

Hp isnt strong (he schools in a snaffle and jumps in a bevel). However he is a forward and blood horse so needs a confident and competitive rider.

This is a decision I haven’t taken lightly, but after starting my own business at 21, I simply don’t have the time, finances or transport to give Quest the time and opportunities he deserves. He is based around 40 minutes away from me, and without my own towing vehicle, getting him out competing and training has become increasingly difficult.

It is with a very heavy heart that I offer this special horse for sale due to moving abroad for university.

I have owned him since he was 5 years old (when I was 11), so this is an incredibly difficult decision. We have grown and learned together, competing mainly in Spain up to 1.25m. I believe he has the scope and potential to step up further with a more experienced rider, as I was learning alongside him.

He is an extremely honest and brave horse who will always try his best. Is joyfull over jumps with a fun and careful technique. He can be a little “spicy” at times, but this is never with bad intention he is simply a happy horse who enjoys his job. He would suit a rider who is confident and not worried by the occasional playful buck, although he has never shown any intention of unseating his rider.

He is a real favourite on the yard, everyone who meets him loves him. He has a kind, playful personality and is a pleasure to have around both in and out of the stable.

He moved with me to the UK a year ago for school. During this time, I faced some personal challenges which affected my riding, and this is reflected in some recent results. However, this does not reflect his true ability or potential.
