This lovely mare has all the quality to excel in showjumping or eventing. She is proving to be bold and brave and will always do the job and never takes offence to her rider.
She has an extremely wise brain on young shoulders, she is absolutely lovely to work with and have around.

She has attended school hires and doesn’t bat an eyelid at anything. Has also attended BS shows at British Novice on a ticket, jumped in the ring like she’s been in there her whole life!

Bambi is snaffle mouthed at all times, rides beautifully on the flat and is just a kind person to have around. She is forward and game and loves her job !

Bambi has been ridden by novice teens at our stables and for a young horse still looks after her rider, i feel as though Bambi would excel in such a variety of homes, and suit many different riders! She would make a wonderful all rounder for someone who wants to have good fun. She thoroughly enjoys anything in life that you throw at her.

She is the type that will never take offence to her rider, she always keeps going and says yes! Olia is on the road to find her forever occupation. Shes had a great time with us, as we have with her, but she isnt the horse for us and her owner long term.

She'll either make someone the world's flashiest alrounder or there for someone to focus on one discipline.

She came from Germany lightly broken and has always been a pleasure to work. Shes easy in the rein, responsive to your leg and seat aids and feels great under saddle in all paces. She's on the right side of idle to make her suitable for the majority of competent riders but can easily be picked up to another gear when its warranted.

It was very easy to teach her some moves in the school. Shes very easy to ride through half passes, trot and canter and her changes are push button although perhaps a bit 'rustic' for a more discerning eye.


We've had fun on her with multiple wins BD and fun days attempting to be competitive BS. She proved alot quicker than her rider. Shes evented happily BE90 and 100 but the work at home and at competition for Novice became a bit much and feel we over-faced ourselves.

Shes a very cuddly horse in the stable, she would really appreciate a life where she gets more time to develop a partnership with someone in and out of the saddle.

Unfortunately, recently shes not had the best of times. With the best of intentions we sent her off to a professional dressage rider to be further schooled and sold as a dressage horse as we were encouraged that this is the direction to where her talents lead. Sadly, shes come back to us in a sorry state. Her owner understands its not a great time of year for us to have her return with most of the yard currently as a building site. With that in mind, we are offering her for sale now at this 'early' stage with a reflection of that in her price. Otherwise we'll continue to get her back into the condition shes always been and then back out to shows to be sold at a later date. Because of her sorry state, shes had a recent 'MOT' with our vet to rule out anything untoward and the only thing we can find is a lack of food.

Shes up to date with vaccs, teeth and worming etc.

She does prefer a routine and in the past, whilst we where working her out, she has been known to box walk around feed time. This hasn't been an issue for us but is obviously something to declare and discuss.

The right home is definitely a priority. Her owner is happy to consider offers from the right home. Equally if anyone is interested and wants to stay in touch whilst she comes back into full work, Im happy to communicate with those sounding suitable.
