Spirit is a beautiful young horse with very good breeding she’s got all the talent and ability to suit any job. She was started last year as a 4yr old taken slowly doing a few arena hires then turned away for the winter. She’s been brought back into work a 2 months ago looking very promising for the future she’s an uncomplicated mare always wanting to please.

Good to catch,clip,shoe and load she’s happy to stand on the wagon alone whilst the other one leaves in my 3.5 tonne with no fuss and not Mare ish at all.

She’s a pleasure to have around a really good looking horse that has a bright future she’s still green due to her age but is fit and ready to go good to hack alone and in company not see loads of traffic due to the area she is in but is unfazed to what she has seen and regularly ridden in open fields will happily let the other horse canter away and come back with no fuss at all.

A truly special 11-year-old chestnut mare, standing approx 16.3hh.

An absolute dream to handle, she’s impeccably polite and not mareish in the slightest. Good to clip, box and shoe, she will stand on the box/trailer happily and is a pleasure to take anywhere. She’s happy to turn out with any horse and she has turned out occasionally on her own.

Versatile and incredibly honest, she’s had a go at everything but I have concentrated on eventing, proving her talent with placings at BE90, including 2nd place at a regional qualifier, securing her Badminton Grassroots qualification.

Completed badminton grassroots this year with a lovely clear cross country.

She’s successfully completed five BE100s unaffiliated and affiliated, going clear cross-country in all but one. She always gives her best, no matter the challenge.

Away from home, she settles instantly without stress, making her a pleasure to travel with. She will hack out both alone and in company.

She is a sensible girl never bucks, rears, naps, or bolts.

Has been slowly and properly produced, never been rushed or over done, given plenty of time to mature and grow, but kind as anything - anyone can hack him!

Loves his jumping and goes without saying he has huge scope, so would be exciting to produce further in this phase. Comfortably jumping 1m/1m10 tracks but hasn't affiliated due to time constraints and circumstances no fault of his own. More than ready to crack on - could take him to a show tomorrow!

Loves XC and is incredibly brave, covers the ground without being strong, has done plenty of XC schooling and training rounds.

Would make an incredible hunter, although he hasn't tried this yet due to us not being 'hunting people', we really think he could impress over the biggest of country.

Improving all the time in his flatwork the stronger he gets through his body, he is nicely responsive and loves working and pleasing.

Only very sadly for sale due to owners change in circumstances (now working abroad), who would like to keep in touch. Therefore a 51% share is offered for sale, at the price stated, mainly so current owners can make sure he is not passed around and has a truly perfect home, but otherwise would have the freedom to treat him as their own. Heike Loma

Looking for a new home.  A 13 year old KWPN mare (Voltaire lines) 17.2hh regrettably for sale due to work commitments and owner / rider falling out of love with competitive riding.

I have owned Loma for 4 years. We have just completed our 2nd Badminton Grassroots at 100cm. She is a stunning mare and moves beautifully on the flat.
Recently she has found the bigger xc questions a challenge, and I think it’s time for her to step down to 90cm. She would make a fantastic competitive riding club, Cotswold Cup or BE 90cm horse for someone wanting to gain confidence and be very competitive at this level.

She is great to load, travel, shoe, catch, in traffic and hacks alone or in company. You can clip her without sedation but I give her a bit to clip her ears and head. She is shod every 5 weeks.
