  • Mother Uncle Opposition Buzz 5* Eventer

This stunning, athletic mare is kind, loving, and bred to event at the highest level with her elite blood lines and relations! .

By the Catherstons stallion Timolin, an extremely popular sire whose progeny are becoming increasingly prominent. Timolin himself competed effortlessly to Intermediate level and excelled in dressage, competing/working at Grand Prix.

Out of a mare by PenninView Silver Concorde, a consistent 4*star event stallion with a teenage rider, and her mother was the 3* event mare Bees Knees, ridden by Nicola Wilson, who was a half-sister to Opposition Buzz’s five-star gold medal-winning line. The dam was used as a broodmare due to injury after competing for GBR for 2 separate youth riders!

She has been lightly started, and is lunging in tack, and hence is now offered at a very reasonable price for a quick sale due to multiple health issues!

She would suit a professional or a keen amateur junior young rider with high aspirations as a rider. She is loving, calm, easy to manage, and very loving and trusting.

She has an uphill build, with effortless paces and a natural jump. Although not yet loose jumped, she has shown natural ability—jumping out of the field from trot as a yearling, as well as over banks (you can see the video!) She has been lunged over poles and small fences recently, all of which comes very naturally to her with a bold attitude.

Bred at Clarendon, she has lived with her current owners for the past three years in a well-managed environment. She is used to a busy road by her field, has been rugged, stabled etc as needed, and maintained with regular worm counts, flu and tet Dentist and hoof care.

A sad sale, but a truly exceptional event prospect for the future or in any sphere .

Offered for sale only due to genuine family circumstances, making this an exceptional opportunity to secure a horse of real quality.

15.2 5yo dapple grey Connemara gelding

He has 3 very smart paces with the most amazing canter and sits softly on the bit. He has since competed at Prelim dressage with scores up to 72% and has huge potential to go up the levels, working towards some Novice movements at home.

He has a good range of experience, having been out to arena hires, clear rounds, and camps. Jumped up to 80cm at shows and 1m in training. He has scopey and very careful jump but is brave and genuine on any stride and shows the ability to go up the levels.

He has been good cross country, jumped at a range of venues including after BE and Cotswold Cup events at 80/90cm. He has competed at 80cm 2 phase eventing around the BE course. He has a good gallop without getting strong and doesn’t fizz up with other horses.

He is a kind and gentle horse to handle on the ground, yet flashy and super smart when ridden with the potential to go up the grades in any chosen discipline. Although I believe could be aimed at Badminton Grassroots, he would equally go down the Dressage or pure SJ route.

Good to shoe, box, catch. Hacks out alone and in company, good to canter in open fields. Travelled in both a lorry and trailer.

£15,000 including his bridle and headcollar

Jumped up to discovery BS with plenty of scope & ability in the tank. Low mileage through absolutely no fault of his own.

Recently been to training shows with us.

Rides beautifully on the flat with auto changes

He has masses of scope to move up the levels very quickly while always remaining careful, he’s forgiving at all times.

He’s a well bred chap with loads of quality & a typical competition horse, therefore, can get excitable at times & we are looking for a competent rider & active home for him.

He will happily turn his hand to any job!

Never ever malicious, he’s like an overgrown Labrador

Sadly with us on sales livery as his owner focuses on higher level dressage

He’s a really loving horse that is sure to put a big smile on someone’s face

Stands in the wash box to be groomed, bathed & pampered all day with a fuss.

Perfect to box, shoe, clip, turn out, handle & be around in every way.

Finch would be the perfect horse for a professional to add to their string, for a competent amateur to have fun with, & would equally be perfect for a capable child coming off ponies.

Serious enquiries only.

Based in Windsor, Berkshire.

Open to any veterinary examination.

3 lovely paces, snaffle mouth with a really rhythmical way of going.

Has been on PC teams, placed arena eventing and unaffiliated Dressage. Brave and bold to a fence with the scope to go BS where he would be a great Bronze league contender.

He has been ridden by low level amateurs for the past year where he has enjoyed fun rides, beach visits and lots of hacking. Superb with all traffic.

He would best suit a competitive amateur who wants to go out and win.

Easy to doing all ways. Live in or out, no vices. Up to date with everything.

SCHOOLMASTER/COMPETITION HORSE

"Kilbrackan Cavalier" stable name Charlie is approx 16.2hh 12yrs old gelding Irish Sports Horse. Full breeding recorded.

He has competed up to 1.20 and his owner has jumped him for the last 7 years from 90cm to 1.10.

Charlie has been the ultimate allrounder for his current owner who has owned him since he was 5yrs old. This is a heart breaking sale for her due to personal circumstances and a young family, so a 10* home is absolutely paramount.

He has three lovely balanced uphill paces and stays in a consistent rhythm. He always comes home in the ribbons with his owner.

Charlie has a lovely temperament and is a fab boy to do anything with. He has three lovely balanced uphill paces. He has plenty of scope jumping and has competed in multiple disciplines. He has 123 SJI points, he has competed in riding club teams, qualified and competed at Dublin horse show where he was unphased by the atmosphere of such a big show. I’ve had her since a 3 year old doing all the breaking in myself, she successfully competed in the BYEH classes as a 5YO and has just been quietly produced up the levels.

On the flat she is incredibly balanced and naturally finds it very easy. Super easy to pick up a contact & very flashy for the judges.

Very scopey jumper with ample of ability to go up the levels. Double clear at all of her events this season.

Good to hack, shoe, clip, load very easy to handle a nice horse to have around on the yard in general. Very honest sale

Quality young horse with all the attributes to progress through the levels. Max is a talented 6-year-old gelding by the prolific Sligo Candy Boy.

Professionally produced over the past 12 months, Max has started his eventing career this season and has been consistently competing at BE90 and BE100 level, gaining valuable experience and confidence with every outing.

On the flat, Max is a quality model with three correct paces and a naturally balanced way of going. He is particularly well established in his flatwork for his age, working consistently in a correct outline, with lateral work and simple changes developing.

Naturally good jumping technique over a fence.

Cross-country, he has grown significantly in confidence throughout the first half of the season. He continues to learn his trade and gains experience with every run, showing all the attributes of a horse capable of progressing through the levels.

Oversized full up 16h 5y Part bred Connemara gelding.

By the very popular Connemara performance stallion, Ross Fear Bui, out of an Earl of Newbridge dam.

Perfect for someone wanting the versatility and temperament of a Connemara but with a bigger stride and frame.

Moves beautifully on the flat and loves to jump!

He has been started perfectly. I have taken my time with him being a big lad. He has now been to plenty of clinics and training shows.

He effortlessly won his first go at a novice working hunter at my local agricultural show, and was also awarded overall hunter champion!

He has the versatility to turn his hoof to any discipline and has had a nice varied start to his education. He has also been out hound exercising over winter.

He is a true Connemara in a sports horse body. He really is in a class of his own and is a really fun horse to work away with.

He’s polite and mannerly both on the ground and onboard and is the dream horse to deal with in all ways. My children love helping me with him.

I take him everywhere on my own and he will quietly stand on the wagon and wait his turn.

He has done plenty of hacking both alone and in company. He lives in or out with mares or geldings and is happy to be left on the yard on his own.

Clean limbs, perfectly conformed, with absolutely no lumps, bumps or vices.

He is a seriously special horse and will undoubtedly be someone’s horse of a lifetime.

Perfect for an amateur wanting a very talented and capable young horse with a brilliant brain to have lots of fun with. Would make a fabulous eventer, riding club, working hunter.

I am very lucky to have found him, as a horse of this calibre, with no imperfections, and a brilliant temperament is like gold dust, so a 5 star home is a must for this special horse.

Sharky as he is known at home is very beautiful on the flat , always catching the eye and regularly scoring in the 20's including last two Internationals at Cornbury and South of England.

Has been consistently placed at Novice level over the past year including two wins and numerous top 10's . He is very easy to look after at home and is a real yard favourite.

Sharky has alot of talent but requires a competent rider to bring out the best in him. On his day he can be super competitive but due to greeness is still inconsistent on the XC phase.

He is looking for a home where someone can give him more time to bring out the best in him whether that be in eventing/SJ or dressage. Has also hunted and was very well behaved.

He has been owned by the same owners since a 4 year old so full history known.

Very good to shoe, box , load , clip etc and easy to have on the lorry .

SUPER ATTRACTIVE 15.3 grey AES Warmblood gelding. 6 years old

Having Stan with me is like taking a puppy, small baby or in horse girl terms, that fit farrier who’s all over social media for an outing. Whether it’s the photographer, judge or other riders at the show or a random non horsey person on a hack, people are always stopping me to ask about or tell me how attractive he is!

He’s a total gent on the ground and in the stable. My toddler can be in the stable mucking him out and he’ll be very gentle. He’s loads of character too loves a stable toy and nicks your bobble hat if he gets the chance! He is so easy at a show. I’m always alone and always take 2 and he is no bother on and off the box a few times while I course walk, swap them over and do whatever.

When I got him last Summer I had only just started competing affiliated and only done about 12 months unaffiliated on ponies. I’ve learnt tons with him and we have jumped up to 122cm at home, 110cm clear rounds and competed up to and including 1m discovery classes and even done some arena eventing, qualifying for the ACE championships at aintree and placing 5th in his first class! He has so much scope to jump and is bred to do so. He also goes lovely on the flat and is very fancy! I often do dressage tests on him to practice my flatwork and his canter is amazing. People often comment on it!

I love this horse, He’s taken me over some of the biggest fences I’ve ever jumped. He springs over them like they’re nothing and clearly has a bright future ahead. He’s no way a novice ride and needs a rider who believes in him 100% and when you do he’ll jump over the moon for you.

I hack him out regularly alone and he’s great in traffic. I’ve hunted him a couple of times too and he loved it!

Very genuine reason for sale which can be discussed with potential buyers and it has been a really difficult decision to make. I have lots of videos of him. He’s a lovely attractive horse bred to do a job so he isn’t totally easy but he wins everyone over with his looks, charm and moves.

I think he’d be suited to someone wanting to go do amateurs this year and I really wish I could have done that with him but unfortunately for Stan my personal circumstances mean otherwise. I stared aiming for getting my double clears in British novice to do second rounds next spring but I just don’t think I’ll be ready and able for that so soon due to my personal circumstances although Stan would be. He’s got his first British novice DC anyway and already a 95 for the amateurs too.

I’ve always really enjoyed him on the flat too and don’t see why he can’t go do a bit of dressage or eventing for someone interested in that.

Breeding as follows - British Bred gelding by a son of l'm Special De Muze who certainly needs no introduction who has competed up to 1.50m level and is a descendant of the best pedigree. Both his sire Emerald as well as his dam Walnut de Muze are very successful in international jumping with Harrie Smolders with Emerald competed up to 1.60m level and Exquis Walnut De Muze competed to 1.55m level. On the Dam side she is sired by the stallion Calato who competed up to 1.40m level. Further in the dams breeding includes Corofino I who competed to 1.60 m level.

Sir Big Ears

We have carefully and slowly produced Ears since a 4 year old.

He has 3 very correct paces with an impressive gallop.

He just started eventing last season and has begun this year with two fantastic 100 runs.

He could absolutely be ready to run at Novice in the near future or can remain as a grass roots horse.

He shines in the cross country phase, making the time effortlessly. He quite literally gallops and jumps for fun; he’s bold and confident without pulling and it’s evident he loves his job.

He has a solid base of competing in eventer challenges last winter and has competed BD, gaining 69+% in the Prelim Gold at the last summer regional championships.

Good to shoe, clip, hack (both on and off road), travel, and a gentleman at competitions. No veterinary issues.

A really genuine sort; extremely rare find.

Freddy is a striking black gelding with an abundance of presence and quality. He has enjoyed a successful dressage career so far and is beautifully established on the flat, working in a soft, consistent outline with three expressive paces. He is naturally uphill and eye-catching, with a particularly impressive canter.

Away from the arena, Freddy is a pleasure to hack. He is sensible, reliable and confident both alone and in company, happily cantering across open spaces without becoming strong or silly. He enjoys getting out and seeing the world and thrives off of a varied lifestyle.

More recently Freddy has been enjoying his jumping, he is bold, brave and genuine. He has a fantastic attitude to his fences while being very capable also, happily taking on whatever is put in front of him and always looking to please.

Freddy loves attention, enjoys a fuss, and is the sort of horse that quickly becomes a firm favourite in the yard. He would be perfectly suited to someone looking for a talented horse to continue excelling in dressage while also enjoying hacking, jumping and a fun, varied partnership.

This super little horse is every amateur’s dream! Fun, genuine and straightforward, with a super willing attitude, excellent paces and a fantastic jump. She’ll happily take a variety of riders and always wants to please – the sort that’s becoming increasingly hard to find.

Nancy is a 15.2hh TB x Warmblood mare. Completely un-mareish, easy in every way and happy living in or out, alone or in company (with mares or geldings!).

She comes from proven lines (sire is Vegas), with her brother competing to 4* level.

Ridden by a petite 5’5 lady in a snaffle at all times.

She loves her jumping and is brave and genuine to a fence, she’ll jump any filler, has plenty of scope and is very forgiving if her rider gets it wrong. She’s been to a handful of shows and clear rounds where she’s taken everything in her stride. She’s currently popping 1.15/1.20 at home.

She’s been cross country schooling around BE90/100 including corners, hedges, skinnies and straight in and out of water. She’s forward going but not strong (full control in a snaffle!). She’d make a great eventer!

She’s also been autumn hunting once where she behaved impeccably — stood quietly at the meet, jumped ditches, hedges and rails and wasn’t phased by anything going on around her.

Nancy is great to hack, both alone and in company, and will happily lead or be led. She’s fantastic in traffic and not phased by tractors, trailers, combines, birds flying out of hedges or dogs running around her legs. My boyfriend, who had never ridden before, has hacked her too!

She’s easy to do in all ways, good to load, travel, will stand on the van alone/when another is taken away, shoe and catch (comes to her name). Doesn’t need riding every day is happy to be picked up and put down when it suits.

She’s low mileage for her age purely due to my work commitments in London and lack of time, so hasn’t been overdone and is ready for someone to continue producing her. Unfortunately, she’s now being wasted with me.

Nancy has kissing spine surgery in 2023 and was carefully rehabilitated. She has returned to full work and all videos are recent and post-surgery.

This is a very honest advert — she is exactly as described. Only for sale as I’m having to give up horses entirely because of work.

A genuinely lovely mare with all the attributes to excel as at BE, BS, BD, riding club, grassroots or a quality all-rounder. The right home is far more important than a quick sale. No dealers please.

She is priced sensibly for her current mileage, experience and genuinely perfect nature, and this will increase as she gets out to more shows over the summer.

Foxy is a fabulous sporty athletic model who uses his clever pony brain to excel at pole work and jumping.

He is smart enough to be in the top few after dressage and a neat jumper. He is light on mileage due to his owner juggling a young family and ill health.

He is fit and ready to go & would love to be someone’s number 1 focus, where he could benefit from regular competitions and be allowed to fulfill his huge potential.

Without much preparation he popped around Aston Le walls training show a few days ago with a double clear in the 90.
He has competed at a handful of SJ/Dr and events for the last few seasons.
