Norris is an incredibly attractive 16.1hh 4yr old gelding. He is by the famous young jumping stallion Lucky Luck, who has been campaigned internationally by Shane Breen. His lines of the sire side go back to Contender, Canabis Z and Clinton.

Whilst his sire's side is full of flair and jump, his dam's side boasts fantastic, traditional Irish breeding. His grand sire on the dam side is Rebel Mountain, making him a very desirable prospect. Scope and paces, with the temperament to match.

After being broken in earlier this year, Norris has been steadily produced by myself and my team, with an exciting future in mind. He has cross country schooled, both on grass and a surface, proving to be incredibly bold and willing to please. Super genuine horse, type hard to find, perfect for a mother/daughter share to hack/ jump do all riding club activity’s she has been there done it brought the t-shirt type.

This is a super hard decision for me and something I have been putting off but if I can find her the perfect home she will give someone else so much joy and happiness and with my daughter now riding I am just having less and less time to ride or compete.

I have mainly show jumped her and she has jumped up to 1.15m we won the 1.05 welsh masters in 2023 with me being very much an amateur! She has won over £900 BSJA but now she is more comfortable jumping 80/90cm tracks.

She was also the first horse I ever evented and she took me easily around the 100BE tracks and loves her cross country! Last year I had an itch to go eventing again so went out and brought all new gear and we did a GOBE 90 with no cross country schooling or practice and she went double clear! She is not a dressage diva but this isn’t something I am interested in, but if that’s what you are looking for she won’t be for you!

She also won her only ever working hunter class she competed in.

I literally pick her up from not riding for weeks as I am too busy and she is always the same, doesn’t buck, rear, nap, happy to hack out in company or alone amazing in the heaviest of traffic, and she really has just the loveliest temperament she is very easy, I take to any shows alone and can always rely on her being mannerly.

She travels beautifully in a 7.5 tonne lorry but has to travel in the trailer on her own with no partition and a long breast bar which is how I travel her and she is fine.

Bibi Dahl is a very attractive home bred mare, by an Advanced Eventer out of an ID x TB mare. Her Grand Dam was a top Working Hunter and her sire is closely related to the great Milton.

Bibi has BS winnings and has competed with success at unaffiliated dressage and combined training.

Prior to Christine’s accident we had high hopes for Bibi being capable of at least Intermediate Eventing and the equivalent Showjumping.

She was a fairly forward six year old, having achieved all her form then. She is now, through no fault of her own, a fairly backward eight year old. She has been in work most of the time since but has had no competitions.

She is a careful jumper and really enjoys it. She has all the right credentials to go far and is a nice ride to an obstacle.

She is good to do and although hacking alone is not her favourite thing she does do it and has always been ridden by a lady oap or a teenager. Having said that, she is not suitable for a novice or nervous rider.

Having agreed a sale she underwent a very thorough vetting which unearthed a low grade heart murmur. Following that she had a full heart scan, concluding “MR is a common finding in horses performing in all sport disciplines……..When MR is mild, it is usually associated with normal performance and life expectancy.”

When checked subsequently during vaccination or teeth it has not changed. Because of this she is unlikely to get a clean veterinary cert and in recognition of this and Christine’s on going injury, which rules out any competing for the foreseeable future, we have halved her price.

Bear would suit a competitive junior or young rider.

He is straight forward to ride, snaffle mouth, not strong in either phases. He is a very careful jumper, with only one pole down this season. His dressage is very consistent and he is improving all the time as he matures. Not hot and strong, but fast enough. No time penalties in all his BE starts.

He has also excelled in British Showjumping with £325 prize money and 125 points in 12 starts.

Bear was bought from the Monart sales as an unbroken 3yr old and was slowly produced by a junior rider that came off ponies. He has been slowly produced as rider lost confidence on another horse, hence the low miliage. In the past 15 months Bear has been based with 5* rider Heidi Coy whom has started his eventing career this season, stepping upto Novice in just 4 events. Heidi Coy is based in Leicestershire.

Bear is not a schoolmaster but would be suitable for a competitive junior rider coming off ponies.

The last two BE events can be explained as score does NOT reflect his performance!!

Bred fantastically by modern dressage royality its no suprise she is simply gorgeous, she has so much ability and shows the best brain, she is very kind and trusting of people and also shows a fabulous ability to jump, she really enjoys this discipline and has shown all the attributes needed to go in the eventing world, she has both showjumped and xc schooled and really enjoys both and is bold and brave with water, ditches and steps.

She is always snaffle mouthed, is more kick than pull in her mannerisms making her a fabulous amature prospect, she isn't a sharp or silly type andalways takes everything in her stride.

She is a perfect hack, alone or in company and in the heavyiest of traffic. She is exceptionally easy on the ground and loves nothing more than attention and cuddles.

As far as 4y/o go in our opinion she is perfect, she has all the experience you could possibly want a 4y/o to have.

John has been to lots of rallies and shows individually and in teams for riding club, including dressage and show jumping. He often scores around 70% in his dressage tests with lovely paces. He would also do pure dressage. He has established lateral work and rein back.

John hacks alone and in company and also rides and leads. He is good in traffic as he hacks straight out onto a main road at home. He has also been travelled to friends for hacks and behaved well.

He is good to load, plait, clip, bath, etc. and is also well behaved for the farrier, vet, physio, etc.
