OAKLEY
Registered Connemara (green book) 2019 grey gelding standing at a full up 15.2hh. We had this lovely lad in to sell earlier in the yard and he is sadly for sale due to his owns change in circumstances.

This chap has a beautiful nature and wants to be everyone’s friend, he’s mannerly and quiet on the ground, he’s had a lot of ground work and loves human company, he will stand to be groomed for hours and is an easy lad to have around, good to do.

He has three paces on the flat which are comfortable and correct, snaffle mouthed and good enough flat work to go out and do a test tomorrow, he is willing to learn and is an easy ride, he’s been out doing pony club, PC camp and riding club activities with a junior rider.

He jumps all of our coloured fillers and shows loads of potential, we have jumped Oakley up to 90cm and he is bold, will go off any stride and happy to jump from a trot or a canter, he doesn’t get hot or silly. He has also jumped a few rustic fences with us and has previously cross country schooled several times, again he’s bold. He has a super technique over a ditch and gives you plenty of confidence.

To hack out he will go solo or with friends, is the same with either and isn’t bothered by traffic including the big stuff. He enjoys his work and is a nice easy horse for someone to get on and enjoy.

Ralph is a super, genuine young horse with a lovely way of going. He has very smart, rhythmical flatwork and would comfortably go out and win a Prelim tomorrow. He is sweet, easy and honest to ride, with a willing attitude in everything he does.

He is very straightforward to jump, taking you to a fence in a calm, genuine manner, and really tries for his rider. Ralph will make a beautiful allrounder for someone wanting a quality horse to enjoy and progress with.

Ralph has done a bit of everything:

• Ready to go out and about

He also enjoys hacking, happy to go alone or in company, and is equally content in front or behind with no preference.

He does have some previous medical history, which has been fully resolved and he has been given the all-clear with no further treatment required. This is heavily reflected in his price.

Not suitable for a complete novice – he would like a quiet, sympathetic rider – but he will repay you tenfold with his genuine, honest nature. Ralph is now looking for his best friend to continue his journey.

Beautiful 16.2hh 2012 Irish (green book) bay gelding, out and out seasoned hunter; his main job throughout his years has been hunting.

This lovely lad knows the hunting job inside out with several seasons under his belt, he will cross any country and jumps whatever is in front of him, a mannerly, enjoyable ride that can operate.

Rolex has three nice paces on the flat, works in a lovely frame and has a beautiful canter, snaffle mouthed and would absolutely produce a nice test.

Unbothered by fillers Rolex will just get on with it jumping wise, plenty of airtime in his tank and he gives you loads of confidence, will go off any stride and knows his job. He’s a proper hunter but a nice enough horse to go on and do any job, he’s hunter trialled, done a few SJ shows, beach rides and fun rides.

An absolute sweetheart to have in the yard. Friendly, affectionate and kind. The best hack in the yard, any traffic, any company, he doesn’t care.

Eskamaras Alexa (“Piggy”)

Beautifully put together PRE fusion mare by the PRE stallion Mill Gravitar, out of the British Sport Horse mare Boldarren Crystal Dina. A lovely, compact model with expressive movement and a willing attitude.

Recently backed and riding away, Piggy has taken to her new job with the sweetest, most genuine temperament. She is still green, as expected for her age, but is incredibly honest and always tries her best.

Over the last couple of months her education has focused on getting her out and about. She hacks alone and in company, has seen traffic, farm machinery, and has taken everything in her stride. Schooling is in the early stages due to limited facilities, but she shows a naturally trainable mindset, good balance, and a real desire to learn.

Piggy has been allowed to mature correctly, has had a kind and consistent start, and is now ready for someone to continue her education. She has fantastic movement with real presence, making her a lovely prospect for dressage, low level all round activities, or simply a super quality riding horse.

She is easy to handle in every way, with a wonderfully kind nature.

Talented 16.3hh 2017 Irish (green book recorded breeding) grey gelding. He arrive in in the UK in May 2023 having had a couple of successful BE events in Ireland, where he scored 32 and 36.3 and two double clears finishing 3/13 and 5/19.

He was produced in a showing yard where he went on the win reserve ridden hunter championship at the Hope Show. His current owner has had him since 2023 for her daughter’s first horse after ponies. They have hunted him with the Essex and Suffolk hunt and the Hamilton Bloodhounds for the winter and did local shows where he always jumped clear at 90/100m.

In 2024 where he placed 2nd ridden hunter in the rising star class, 3rd in Ridden hunter, 1st Working hunter to then go on and be reserve Champion and he also did arena eventing finishing 6th in the 1m.

Various hunter trials locally winning the 90 at Poplar park at the Hamilton Bloodhounds eventer trial and 3rd in pairs. He then went off too Hartpury college where they competed him locally doing well at SJ at both 1m and 1.10 and jumped him on a ticket at BS.

Boysie has continued to hunt and most recently finished 7th in pairs with a very small friend at Poplar again.

He’s a horse with a wealth of experience, he’s been and done it all, such a brilliant teenagers horse or would suit someone wanting to go out and win. Boysie has beautiful paces, endless scope and knows his job, just a gorgeous horse with no hang ups ready to go out and have fun. A lovely hunter, showjumper, eventer or dressage horse, he ticks every box and is a super allrounder.

He’s a lovely chap to hack out, will go alone or in company, on the buckle, brilliant in heavy traffic / farm traffic and open spaces. A nice chap on the ground and to do. open to any vet or trainer.
