Outstanding 16.1hh Allround Competition Horse — Dressage, Eventing & Showjumping Prospect
Warmblood Bay Gelding | 8 years | 16.1hh
By Don 617 / Dinken x Carpaccio
Modern, athletic Holsteiner type
A smart, quality model with a fantastic temperament and all the attributes to excel across a variety of disciplines.
This lovely gelding combines athleticism, rideability and an excellent brain, making him an exciting prospect for someone wanting a competitive allrounder, event horse, quality riding club horse or ambitious amateur partner.
Well established on the flat, he works in a soft, balanced outline with expressive movement and clean, consistent changes. He is straightforward, genuine and enjoyable to ride, with a lovely trainable attitude and willing nature.
Over a fence he is careful, scopey and honest, always wanting to help his rider out. He has jumped in Germany up to 1.15m and is now registered BS, having successfully progressed through the levels in the UK. He has gained all his Discovery double clears and has already stepped up to Newcomers with a recent double clear.
He has also been cross-country schooled and absolutely loves it — bold, confident and sensible with fillers, water and varied questions. He shows all the qualities to make a very exciting eventing prospect.
Equally, his quality movement, balance and trainability would make him well suited to pure dressage, while his temperament and versatility mean he would happily turn his hoof to riding club activities, clinics, camps and fun days.
A genuine, kind horse who always tries to please and is a pleasure to have around. He has the quality, scope and attitude to continue progressing in any sphere, whether that be showjumping, eventing, dressage or as a top-class allrounder.
Open to any vet or trainer.
Price reduced to reflect a quick sale as owner is genuinely motivated to sell.
A talented gelding with a bright future ahead and plenty still to give.
