16.1hh bay gelding, 11 years old by Zig Zag. We have owned Storm for 3 years but have known him since a 5 year old.

We have enjoyed showjumping, dressage, XC and hacking, beach, picnic and sponsored rides.

Storm has been a fabulous first proper horse from ponies for my daughter as he is kind and willing. Storm is a forward thinking horse who needs a quiet balanced rider to get the best from him.

He is an ideal mother / daughter / son share and is 100% in the heaviest traffic, goes first or last and hacks willingly solo.

This is a very sad sale due to daughter moving on to bigger tracks, Storm has jumped up to 1.30 with my daughter but is happiest up to 1.20, he is very competitive being naturally quick and easy to turn up to the fences. Bold to all fillers, trays, water, ditches and steps.

Storm Is good to catch, clip, farrier and box, traveling and standing happily in both large lorry and trailer. Kind loving family home wanted for our much loved horse.

Taylor is a low mileage, 14 year old, 168cm, gelding by Metropole. He has done a bit of everything in the 5 years I’ve owned him:

- BS wins upto and including 110 classes.
- Treble clear and 3rd in direct Bronze League qualifier (120 in final round).
- Finished 8th in HOYS bronze qualifier (later got the call up to compete but we didn’t).
- Competed at Aintree Amateur Champs and Arena UK festivals.
- Has won puissance and working hunters.
- Absolute machine across country (corners, ditches, water, skinnies etc)
- Has hunted in both Ireland & England.
- Has previously done unaffiliated dressage.
- Good on the flat with established changes.

He is a true sports horse, not a plod, and will not suit a novice or a nervy rider.

He hacks alone and in company. He can spook but he will never say no. He will take a miss to a fence and always jumps when he gets there.

Taylor has done very little in the last year due to me having a lot going on outside of horses. He had winter off but is back in work and getting fitter by the day, hacking, flatwork and popping a few small jumps at home. He has recently had a full check up by our vet physio who was very happy with him.

Easy to do in every way except clipping. I have clipped him without sedation but it is much quicker and less stressful with sedation!

Would suit a quiet, competent rider for BS, BE or high level riding club. Loves to be doing a job.

Zara has had the same home straight from the breeder at 3yo, and has been a special part of our family. Due to having a baby and not being able to dedicate the time she deserves, she’s sadly now looking to move onto pastures new.

Hacking…
She is good in all traffic will hack out alone or in company and will nanny babies out.

Jumping…
During my pregnancy she stayed with a friend, where she learnt the finesse of jumping, to which she’s really taken to. She seems to excel in this discipline, and is extremely genuine and brave to every fence. Because jumping isn’t something I personally do much of she has not yet gained a BS record, though has been out competing on a ticket and unaffiliated with much success.

Flatwork…
Zara is a real head turner on the flat, super showy and flashy and has all the ability to easily progress much further with this. She has established lateral work, medium trot and canters, changes, and direct transitions. She has not gained a BD record yet though again has been out combined training, arena hires, and unaffiliated, so she’s quite familiar and feels at home within the boards.

Overall…
Zara is up to date with vaccines, teeth, feet, and back. She’s fantastic to clip, shoe & travel. She’s an easy horse to handle and do daily.
She’s has impressive blood lines including King of diamonds, and Ferro.
Zara isn’t for a fair weather rider, she likes to be busy! She likes her adrenaline sports, going out for a gallop, jumping a course of fences, or some gymnastic cavaletti work. She would suit a competent amateur who wants to do a bit of everything and have fun. She will give the right rider the best time! Her only minor downside is she can be noise sensitive, though never been ridden in sound proof ears, just gets on with her job.
