10yo 16.3h gelding, same home for over 4 years.

As a 6/7yo Ashley was a top horse on our string, won 6yo’s at Hickstead, jumped well round newcomers regionals etc with teenage girl.

However we don’t feel that his heart is in the ring anymore to jump at a high level. he’s the kindest horse you’ll ever meet.

He will hack out all day alone or in company. My mum doesn’t really ride anymore but he’s always her first choice to hack as he’s so amazing.

He works well in the arena, established flatwork, changes etc. he’s a blood and forward going ride and wouldn’t be suitable for a complete amateur due to this, however he’s the type you can leave in the field for a month, pull in, climb on and he’s the exact same.

He’s perfect to clip, bath, shoe, hack, load & travel, you could take him out by himself on the truck and never worry! He’s bomb proof in the heaviest of traffic.

He doesn’t like standing still when ridden, he wants to get on with his job. Won’t do anything naughty just jig on the spot.

He did have consistent results at 1.30m/ready to jump 1.40m end of 2024 and with a good, strong and accurate jockey he may come back to that…

He will live in or out, alone or in company. Very low maintenance to look after, never been sick or sorry. Would stand being loved and pampered all day long, I really do love this boy and just want to find him a loving home as he’s totally wasted with us.

She doesn't ride big, she's snaffle mouthed at all times, completey uncomplicated ride very easy and adjustable does perfect changes . Sam is a 7yo Belgian Warmblood. I've owned him since he was 3 and have produced him up through the levels. He has evented up to novice very successfully and would be an amazing grassroots horse for someone but is also a careful and scopey jumper with plenty of ability to pure show jump.
I have in no way unlocked his potential, he has got more than enough scope for 1.30 but is also safe and easy and would look after his rider round 1.10/1.15 with ease and be an out and out winner and joy for someone.

He has numerous clears at Foxhunter as a 6yo and regularly jumps clear at 1.15 currently.

He has been a total pleasure to produce and gets stronger every year. He is a big horse with a lot of movement and scope that he has been given the time to grow into.

He jumps fillers, trays etc. He works indoors or outdoors and works well on the flat with 3 correct paces, he is ridden by both small ladies and larger men, he is not strong for a bigger horse.

Oakley would be perfect for a someone wanting to step up the levels in showjumping, he would suit an amateur and more experienced ride alike and would suit a teenager or mother/daughter share.

He has been around arena eventing fences and would excel in that sphere, he would also make a lovely hunter type.
