Zeus is a full up 12.2 with a leg in each corner and is a real sturdy little pony! Rider in photos is 5ft4. Has been ridden and competed by children in Ireland.

If you’re looking for a pony for your child to have lots of fun on, then Zeus is for you!

He has competed 60cm unaffiliated classes. With a fantastic and careful technique over a fence, he has the scope and ability for so much more and will easily be a fab BS starter pony and more, he is training round 70/80cm. Not spooky at any fillers, will jump whatever he is pointed at, never looks for a way out! Zeus has been cross country schooled multiple times which he loves! He’s gone on many XC rides out in large groups. Zeus has also done many riding school lessons in Ireland. He is a fun forward going ride so no total beginners please. However, he is snaffle mouthed in all disciplines, not at all strong and is sensible to ride. Has never bucked, reared, bolted etc. I recently imported him from Ireland and have been having lots of fun with him since, but he is now ready to find his little friend to make memories with!

Zeus is good to handle and deal with, tack up, catch, load, travel. Travels in a trailer and a big horsebox no bother! He actually enjoys being clipped and can be clipped with no head collar on! Even all round his face and ears. He’s a joy to be around, I regularly hop on him bareback in a head collar and ride him down to the fields.

Zeus is up to date with vaccinations, dentist, recently shod in front. He is fully clipped and ready to go have lots of fun! Zeus loves to hack out and enjoys rides out at the beach. Zeus is currently living out, but is happy coming in and being stabled too.

He will make the ultimate pony club pony, hunting pony, show jumper, event pony, he will turn his hoof to any discipline.

I hope to find Zeus a little rider who is confident and will thrive with a fun little pony. Open to any viewings, trainers, vet inspections. Would potentially be open to a short trial period. Passed a five stage vetting on purchase.

Alfie is a 12.2 11 year old cob

We have known Alfie for the last 4 years and have good contact from where he was before. Alfie taught my daughter to ride from the age of 5 and got her ready to ride BS on her new pony. We then sold him 2 years ago and he’s just taught his latest jokey the ropes, when they tried him she couldn’t even rise to the trot. He is currently back with me to be sold to his next jokey on behalf of his current owner.

Alfie has 3 established paces. He’s more kick than pull. He is the most safest boy that you could put your child on and let go of, he literally won’t go anywhere he’s not asked.

On the yard - Alfie is the best horse to be around, will stand tied up for hours to be groomed by the children, will have all his feet picked out by them too. He is handled by children daily. Alfie can pull a face when he has his feed, he’s never done anything but we leave him be when he’s eating.

Hacking - Alfie is the best hacking pony. He won’t catch up without being asked, just plods along at the back. He is good in open spaces and is hacked along a main A road and is great with traffic. He has done pony camp hacks and beach rides too with lots of horses for company and he’s been amazing! Never gets exited or silly.

Cross Country - Alfie was put on this earth to take your children cross country for the first time, nothing bothers him. Will go up and down steps ditches, you name it he’s done it. He is just a really good boy.

Jumping - Alfie will jump up to 50cm. He really does try but isn’t the mot natural jumper. He will knock a pole. He will always get your children from the first jump to the last but if he’s taken in on a line where it shouldnt work he will always go he just may have the pole down at the same time.

Schooling - Alfie is more kick than pull. He will happily go around the outside track all day. Both children that have owned him have hd their first ever off lead rein canters on him. He will also canter on the lead rein if he’s asked.

Pony Club - Alfie has done lots of pony club rally’s. Mounted games, show jumping. You name it he’s done it. He’s also done lots of stay away shows and is great in every way.

Lead Rein - Alfie will go on the lead rein when asked and will also go on the lunge to be ridden walk and trot. He’s is super safe, but his job in life is to be a first ridden not a lead rein pony. But will equally do both jobs.

Vaccinations, farrier, teeth and physio all up to date.

All in all Alfie is the best pony in the world to start your kids off. And will always have a job teaching new kids.

Lots and lots of videos on request. Please message me on WhatsApp for these 07825685127.

We are very lucky to of stayed in contact with the owners and are gladly selling him on again. We would all like to stay in contact with his new owners when he goes also. First person to try him will buy him because he is so good.

Unfortunately he won’t be big enough for me or he wouldn’t be going anywhere beautiful movement a real look at me person.

Up to date with farrier, teeth, worming and worm counts and physio.

She has a passport, microchip and is fully vaccinated for flu and tetanus.

She has been with us for a year now, she’s a very sweet girl who loves a fuss and a cuddle. She is well mannered and quiet to handle.

I bought her unseen and she came to me with locking stifles, which the seller did not disclose this to me. Her stifles have never actually locked in the time she has been with me and I have been closely following my vet and physio’s advice on how to strengthen her. Which we have seen vast improvements in her movement in this time and because of her age there is still a chance that she could grow out of this if she continues to be worked in a way to help strengthen her. And ideally she would continue to live out 24/7 because moving is far better for her than standing in a stable, she is however very happy to be stabled.

She has been professionally re-broken and ridden away by myself in walk and trot and has now had a few canters. She’s a very willing little mare and exceptionally honest. She is green as you would expect but is very rarely silly or spooky. She is a lovely stamp for a traditional cob and is a true leg at each corner with still a couple of years growing and filling out to do.

I have decided to sell her as she is as she will make someone a lovely riding pony for someone who wouldn’t have been able to afford her fully produced and without the locking stifles. Her price reflects this, I would normally be selling a pony like her for double what I am asking for her. I feel there must be a lovely home out there willing to put the work in and give her the forever home that she deserves. Homes will be vetted and she will not be sold unseen.

12 years old piebald traditional cob mare. 12.2hh

She has a passport and microchip, she is fully vaccinated for flu and tetanus.

She is up to date with teeth, farrier, worming and worm counts.

I rescued her nearly two years ago with a young foal at foot, she had clearly had a hard life when I found her but is now unrecognisable from the horse that came to me.

She is an absolute sweetheart and loves a fuss, she would stand all day to be groomed and just be with you.

I believe she has ridden and driven in the past. I have been working with her under saddle for some time in walk and she is growing in confidence but unfortunately I am too tall for her (I am 5ft10) to progress her ridden work further. My niece who is a complete beginner has ridden her on the lead rein, she was a little unsure to start but did settle. Her nervousness under saddle is linked to abuse in her previous life before she found me and as much as she could become a lovely riding pony with the right person I really do feel in my heart of hearts that she would be happiest as a companion and pet.

She is very well mannered and good to handle. She happily lives in or out. I won’t sell her unseen and homes will be vetted. She deserves to find her forever where she will be safe and loved for the rest of her days and she won’t leave me until I find that for her, I am in no rush at all.

ONLY contact me if you are genuinely looking for a companion and pet.

NO dealers, NO time wasters, NO day dreamers, NO cheap project seekers, NO riding schools, NO loans, NO payment plans.

Forever homes ONLY please.

  • Rosie really is the teacher’s pet; she tries her hardest and wants to please
  • Fun loving pony that is ready to get out and about
  • She has plenty of untapped potential
Update: Recently Rosie has shown that she can be slightly nervous with new riders on her - she just becomes a bit tense, but has never bucked, reared or been naughty. She is relaxed and happy with me riding her, however has shown that she can be slightly nervous of new riders. She will be perfect for someone if she is given the time to get to know her rider. For this reason her price has been reduced to reflect the fact she will need time to settle in her new home.

Rosie is a well-mannered and brave pony that always tries her best. She has 3 flashy paces that are all improving daily. Jumping is Rosie’s favorite thing to do; she has the scope and brain to make a very talented show jumping or event pony. She would equally love a home that participates in Pony Club and wants to have tons of fun.
She is not quite the finished article, but at 7 years old she is improving every day. Rosie was backed as a 4-year-old and then had a foal as a 5-year-old, this means she is still green in her canter and jumping, however I have no doubt it won’t take long for her to ride her age.

Recently Rosie has been to an arena hire where she took everything in her stride and showed just how talented she is. She also recently went XC schooling, jumping ditches, water, steps and colored fences. Rosie didn’t hesitate at a single fence and jumped absolutely everything first time.
Good to load, travel and was happy to be left alone on the lorry even when another pony was taken away. Super easy to handle and very friendly. She has recently seen the dentist, physio, farrier and saddle fitter, and was well behaved for all of them.

When Rosie first came, she did put her back up and scoot forward when getting on. This now only happens very occasionally and I am sure she will completely grow out of this. But a rider that is happy to walk on a loose rein for a few minutes before asking her to do any proper work would suit her best.

She does have a saddle that is fitted to her that can be bought upon separate negotiations.

Very sad Sale – Pony, Tonto

This is an incredibly sad sale for us. Tonto has been our dream first pony — kind, gentle, and full of character. We were lucky enough to find him a year ago, and he has been everything we could have hoped for in a first owned pony.

The only reason we are parting with him is due to needing a slightly bigger pony with a slightly different skill set. This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and we are absolutely committed to finding Tonto a first-class home.

About Tonto:
* Height: 13/13.1hh
* Age: 10 years old
* Temperament: Kind, loving, and gentle. Tonto has exceptional ground manners and is brilliant with children. He truly has a soft, genuine soul with so much love to give.

Experience:
Excellent at hacking and groundwork. Tonto has been nicely schooled. He loves to jump — he can be a little speedy and strong when doing so, but he doesn’t require an advanced rider. Just someone confident and comfortable handling a bit of enthusiasm.

Included:
* All tack (good saddle / 2 x bridles)

No time wasters and please message for anymore information.

For Sale: Eye-Catching 13hh Cremello Cob Gelding – Freshly Backed & Full of Promise!

Meet Odin – a beautifully put-together 7-year-old Cremello cob gelding standing at 13hh. Recently backed and just starting his ridden journey, Odin is a kind, intelligent little horse with loads of potential for someone looking for a fun and rewarding project.

Freshly backed and working quietly under saddle
Green but a quick learner – eager to please and picks things up quickly
Lovely on the ground – easy to do in all ways

• Comes to call, easy to catch
• Picks up all four feet without fuss
• Stands quietly to be groomed, tacked up, and handled

Loads well, and is great for the farrier, dentist, and vet
Up to date with worming, teeth, and feet
Friendly temperament – loves fuss and attention
No vices, no injuries, no health issues – open to any vetting
Happy to live in or out – settles well in a stable and also enjoys turnout

Things that still need work:
• Hacking: Odin hasn’t done much hacking yet, so he’ll need time, confidence-building, and a calm rider or companion horse to help him gain trust and experience.
• Schooling: He is still learning the basics and would benefit from consistent, patient schooling to develop balance, rhythm, and suppleness.

With the right work and education, Odin could easily become a brilliant child’s pony – he has the temperament and attitude to really shine in a loving, experienced home.

He’s not suitable for a complete novice just yet, but he’s an ideal project for a confident teen, small adult, or knowledgeable home looking to bring on a young cob with excellent foundations and a lovely nature.

We have had Dolly in our family for her last 3 years and she has taught my daughter everything, from coming off of riding school ponies to competing regularly. Dolly has been our first pony and is a pleasure to deal with, and although not a plod she has done a fabulous job of teaching my daughter how to ride and have a lot of fun alongside this.

She is easy to load/ shoe/ hack and generally have about. Dolly is happy to hack alone or in company, safe on the roads and sensible in the fields!

Dolly has done XC, SJ, dressage, PC rallies and several camps, fun rides, as well as hound exercise with the local hunt. This has included qualifying for BS Club Nationals and Stoneleigh (placing in the 90cm), having placed 1st in our region in the league. My daughter's main interest has been show jumping and Dolly has taken her from 50cm up to 90cm, proving to be a very competitive pony. BS #Dolly48.

Tack and entire wardrobe available by separate negotiation.

This will be a very sad sale of a much loved pony, who is only for sale as my daughter is moving on to horses. Serious enquiries only and she will only go to the best home! We would love to keep in touch when she finds her new home.

  • He is going to make some little child very happy
This handsome chap is called ‘Flash’. He is a Rising 3 years old Colt of whom we’ve had from Birth. His Mum is our 13.2hh Coloured Cob Cross, and his Dad is a 14.3hh Lemon & White Cob. We put Mum in Foal in hopes to have something bigger than herself, but unfortunately Flash is not going to make the 14hh we would have liked.

Flash has been raised on our Family Smallholding and is extremely well handled.

He is currently standing 12.2/12.3hh but is still growing and very bum high. I would personally say he’s going to make 13.2hh.

Whilst he is a Colt, he is very quiet and takes everything in his stride. Nothing fazes him!

He is used to living in or out. With Mares & Geldings. He is good to load and travel, good with the Farrier (only ever been trimmed), good with the Dentist (last seen 24th April 2025), good to catch even from the biggest of Fields, will stand all day long to be groomed. Is not fazed with being washed out (even with a Jet Wash).

He’s up to date with Wormer.

He has been bitted up with a standard Snaffle. He is currently being long reined and has had tack fitted to him, and again not bothered in the slightest.

He is currently learning all via voice commands. Walk on, Stand, Trot on, Whoa, all the basics really. He has very very good manners.

Has never bitten, kicked or bucked. Honestly this Pony has no vices whatsoever.

He is going to make some little child very happy. He will make a stunning lead rein pony, first time pony, showing pony.

This is going to be an extremely hard sale and he will NOT just be going to anyone.

Please only enquire if you are genuine and NO dealers.

Videos available and viewings welcome.

Exceptionally well bred competition mare by Elite pony stallion Gorsfraith Brenin. Showing remarkable natural jumping ability along with plenty of enthusiasm and scope. She is athletic, intelligent and easy to train with an unflappable temperament. She has sparkle and star factor that gives her every chance to make it to the top.

Bought on slowly she has done xc schooling, show jumping, fun rides and working hunter. She has not been to a show and returned without a rosette - show jumping double clears with wins and placings to 80cm, schooling over 1m. Excellent in traffic, hacks alone or in company, travels and loads in a trailer or lorry. Up to date vaccinations, teeth and worming. Easy to look after, she’s a good doer and goes out with mares, geldings or on her own.

Rosie is a traditional Gypsy Vanner Cob mare, measuring at 13.2HH, 17years, looking for the best home on:

full loan with view to buy at current livery yard or in the locality, max of 25 mile radius from LE65.

Sale only to the right home.

She’s a kind and genuine soul with a lot of love to give. Rosie is ideal for someone seeking a happy hacker and light schooling partner. Rosie has been a ride and drive in the past. During our time with us She has enjoyed showjumping up to 65cm, competed at intro dressage, and enjoyed cross country and equitation.

Rosie is a lovely ride, super honest and always tries her best. She schools nicely, and loves to hack out. She’s not silly or spooky and has been a brilliant pony for our family.

Rosie gets on well with other horses and is happy to be turned out alone or with others. Rosie is easy to catch, lead, groom, bath and tack up, and is also good with the farrier, vet and dentist. Rosie is barefoot and has strong healthy hooves.

Sadly, Rosie has a condition called CPL (Chronic Progressive Lymphoedema). This condition needs daily care and management, causing her to need a low sugar and low starch diet and as much daily movement as possible and her legs to stay clipped. Rosie doesn’t like her legs being clipped and needs sedation for this. Rosie deserves someone who either understands CPL or is keen to learn about the condition. When managed properly it is not an issue. We’re happy to provide full guidance and support to the right home.

We are only looking for a new home for Rosie as my daughters have outgrown her and have moved on to riding bigger horses and in the near future we are planning to move abroad.

Rosie would thrive in a home where she can enjoy lots of hacking, light schooling and lots of love. Track grazing would be perfect for her but as much turnout as possible would be best with daily exercise. Rosie likes to be around children but is not for a novice rider, a confident teenage or adult rider is best suited to her with a maximum rider weight of 70kg and 5ft 5” height.
She’s not a competition pony, but she’s got plenty to offer for someone who wants a genuine bond and a bit of fun.

Based in Leicestershire near Markfield.
Open to the right home, not just the first one.

BEW

One of the most loving mares out there; you give her your heart, she will give you hers.

We bought her as a mother/daughter share almost 2 years and in this time she has been out on hacks alone and in company and jumped up to 90cm in the school. We haven’t had time to do much more but she could definitely do more given time. Bew was sold to us as overweight cob allrounder previously having done hunting, a little bit of showjumping and fun rides.

Bew enjoys hacking. She is great in traffic and hasn’t been phased by buses or meeting large tractors and equipment on country lanes. She will canter safely in open spaces and isn’t bothered by dogs.

Bew has had some lessons in the school which she tries hard at.

Bew has some quirks - being a bit nappy but gets over it with some reassurance, treats and pats. She responds to a strong, confident rider and would suit a parent/teen share or someone coming back into horses.

Currently is out 24/7 in a field of mares and will be in overnight for the winter.

Up to date with vaccinations, farrier and has an upcoming appointment with the dentist.

Tack included and full wardrobe available.

Rosie is a 13.1hh, 9 year old, Blagden cob mare and is a superstar.

Sadly seriously outgrown. We’ve had Rosie all her ridden life and she has pretty much done it all.

Rosie has been used as a mother daughter share and has been to riding club camps, dressage and show jumping competitions, pole, SJ, XC and Arena eventing clinics. Local shows in hand and under saddle.

Rosie has won 60cm SJ classes, jumping them comfortably with scope and jumped 90cm at home, been placed in all her dressage competitions at intro level improving each time with scores in the high 60s (68.9% 20/7/25).

Rosie has been taken around XC courses jumping ditches, steps and logs and anything else you point her at. She has been on fun rides and beach rides and was an angel.

Rosie regularly hacks out alone and in company, happy in front but prefers behind, she is steady and is safe in open fields with great brakes but will go when you ask.

Rosie is good to catch, clip, load and with farrier. Great with farm traffic. Happy in or out. Up to date with teeth, vaccinations and physio.

Price includes tack and some rugs. Loads of photos and videos on request.

Based Powys/ Shropshire border.

Good with a beginner or jump a 70

Impossible type to find

Molly really is the most amazing little pony she is happy to plod along with a beginner and has been borrowed by local riding school for lessons but when your child gets better she'll happily pop round a course of 70 never looking at fillers and will happily jump at trot or Canter.

Molly really is the easiest pony who is totally cool in any situation and steps up and down depending who's riding her . She loves hacking and will hack alone or in company and is great in the heaviest of traffic . She loves a trip to the beach and happily goes swimming in the sea .

Molly is totally safe in all situations and is easy in everyway she is a type impossible to find .

A good home is priority for this amazing pony

Alice is ready to find the perfect new home. Gorgeous 13hh, 9-year-old mare. She’s safe, steady, fun — and really deserves her own keen, confident young rider to love her and enjoy her properly.

13hh, 9yo — plenty of years ahead
Barefoot, good doer, low maintenance
Hacks out happily in company (gaining confidence solo)
Easy to catch, load, travel, handle — loves her routine and clear boundaries
Lives in/out with mares or geldings
Best suited to a capable child — will tolerate total beginners but happiest being more active

She’s done a great job on our small riding school, teaching kids from lead rein upwards, but she really comes alive when she’s off the lead rein and has a job to do — Pony Club type activities, hacking, schooling etc. She loves having her own little person.

She’s safe and genuine, very willing to participate, likes boundaries, otherwise can pull to grass in hand and pull the occasional face, but nothing more than this — fantastic pony for a confident rider to enjoy her properly.

She’d make a brilliant second pony or a perfect step-up for a keen child ready for adventures.

The right home is a must. Happy to send videos & more info — please message telling us about your rider & what you’re looking for.

Very open to sensible offers

Mother's absolute dream

The ultimate child's pony, mother's dream and a childs bestest friend.

A real money can't buy pony and the hardest decision I've ever had to make, they don't make ponies like this anymore and are hard to come by

Been there done it and done it all hoof perfect.
Would take any child through the ranks from lead rein pony, 1st pony & 2nd pony. Well put together, stocky leg in each corner kind of pony.
Could go on for days on just how perfect she is at everything.

You want a pony who is 100% safe and will look after your child she is the pony.

Shown at county level, hacks alone or in company. She's never ever put a hoof out of line and always done everything we've ever asked of her we've had her 3 1/2 years she Isn't spooky or nappy never bucked reared or done anything silly. Not lazy and has good breaks.

she's not only ridden by a child but she's handled by a child every day from loading/tacking up/lunging it is done by a child. Rides and leads well has done sponsored rides, beach rides, showing, a complete winning machine and holds her own in the show ring no matter what, pops a little fence nicely, fun clinics, lots of hacking and everything inbetween.

Good to clip/shoe/catch and everything else you can think of.

A pony I could put my life on.

Her ONLY down fall if I'm being completely honest is she prefers to travel loose if alone. (This has never fased us)

The only reason I'm even considering selling her is because I'm kidding myself trying to make my son (9 years old) love my hobby as much as I do and his really not interested as much as it kills me she so deserves to be a child's world and be out there winning pretty rosettes

Would love her to go to an experienced showing home where she will be treated like the princess she is but again this is only my preference have 100s of photos and videos of her and will only go to the best of homes.

Open to vetting.

Transportation can be arranged.

Won't sell unseen.

Located in Kent.

Tack & rugs can be available.

Only for sale no loans, joy riders or time wasters.

And I must warn you I will probably cry a lot

it will be the best money any parent could spend for the safety of their child.
