Seriously sad sale of Merlin, will only go to the VERY best of homes.

Merlin is a 15 yr old 12.2hh stunning Welsh B who has been the pony of a lifetime to My daughter over the last 3 years, taking her from jumping 30/40cm to 80cm. He is the show hunter type with plenty of bone. He has show jumped BS and unaffiliated up to 80cm and rarely touches a pole. He’s not at all phased by fillers and will jump anything you ask him to. He loves XC and has done all pony club activities including camp.

Merlin is always super consistent and is an incredible schoolmaster at 60/70cm. He was in the top 5 of the leagues of the JFS at 60 and 70cm in 2024 and attended the winners camp. He has done multiple stay away shows with my daughter jumping stepping stones including Spooktacular.

In his previous home (who we are still in contact with) he competed as a working hunter pony and I feel this is where he would seriously excel. He’s never strong or silly. He is the perfect safe pony that will trot around a 40cm with a more novice child and on the same day he would then go back in the ring to jump an 80cm with a more competent jockey.

Also does a lovely dressage test, super smart on the flat and always at the top at dressage competitions.

Reason for sale is that my daughter has moved onto a 13.2hh and my son isn’t keen enough to ride Merlin, he’s being wasted without a job. He will only go to the best of homes and I will not sell to novices not because he’s at all complicated but because he’s too special and deserves to have a well balanced and kind little jockey.

A True Pony Club Allrounder.
Jessie 12.2hh Mare, 12years old.
We have owned Jessie for 3 wonderful years. Heartbreakingly outgrown. Jessie has taken my daughter from a complete beginner to confidently competing at Championships. This year alone they have had a fantastic year competing and she has been a rosette machine. She will happily step down but has been competing at 70-80cm this year. Loves XC, showjumping and has taken to dressage this year like a dream.

Good to hack alone or in company. Barefoot, good for Farrier, Dentist, easy to load, fully vaccinated. You can turn her out for weeks and pick her straight up again. Good in all ways.

Jessie will come with her full wardrobe including Bridle, custom Voltaire Saddle, Rugs etc.

Loves her job as a child’s pony and will happily be groomed all day.

Home is very important for this legend of a pony. Due to qualifying for the National Quest Dressage Championships she will be available from 16th November.

Roo is a delightful young pony with lots to offer his new owner .

I bought him having not long been backed with every intention to sell on.

He has been to a local showjump competition with a young girl on my yard and also took part in a team chase as a friend needed an extra team mate so we threw him in at the deep end and he ended up leading round from fence 11!

He is incredibly brave and bold .

Lovely scopey jump and will go and jump round 80s+ now and with a bit more education I have no doubt he easily jump bigger tracks .

He is snaffle mouthed for everything and a real gentleman to handle.

He’s not sharp nor is he a kick along , he takes you nicely to a fence but has breaks .

Hacks alone or in company.

Good to load, catch , shoe

All the girls on the yard love him
And a 5* home is required for this lovely boy .

Although he doesn’t buck , rear or bolt as he is young he isn’t suitable for a complete beginner .

Very attractive and well put together 12.1hh coloured mare. Mumma has successfully competed in all Pony Club activities from race days, show jumping, fancy dress to camp!

She is a forward thinking, responsive ride with an exceptional jump (though happy to trot to a fence if required) and is a great competition pony. She has won and been placed in all spheres. She enjoys cross country and is excellent with water and ditches.

She has successfully competed B.S. Club and would be a fantastic and very competitive NSEA pony.

She is a kind mare, who always tries to please. She loves attention and is happy to stand for hours to be groomed and fussed over.

In her previous home she was used as a lead rein pony so could also do this job.

She is a super hack and very easy to box, shoe, catch, clip etc. Open to any vet.

Very sadly outgrown. 100's of photos and videos available from both current (and previous owner). Excellent home only please.

For sale on behalf of a client.

Thunder (Lightening 111) - Super BS Starter Pony. Many double clears on his record up to 1m.

Good Bronze League pony for a young rider or realistic Potential for Silver League with a more established jockey who can give him confidence and practice over the bigger tracks.

He has great scope and an excellent jumping technique and jumps out of an even stride and is loose behind. Really tucks his knees up and is neat. Very rarely touches a pole. Could go far in his jumping with the right partner and training but is not a top track pony.

We have not affiliated before but my 10 yrs daughter had 2 double clears at their first show, winning both. They followed that up with a win in the 70 again and a great round in the Stepping Stones. A rather over ambitious turn attempt in the jump off cost them the clear but we didn’t know that it wasn’t against the clock!

1m to 1.05 could be his sweet spot. He made light work of his first Springboards with an older rider. Proving he has scope for more. He just needs more mileage over the bigger fences, but it is all there.

Super for NSEA and pony club teams. Has been to Rectory Farm PC Regional Champs many times with previous owners ( 5 years) and apart from 1 mistake jumped clear around the Junior Tetrathlon XC course at JCB Champs in 2024.

We took him this year for the 70 cm where he jumped 3/3 lovely clears. Quick jump off pony although sadly my daughter’s sat nav error at the end of her jump off cost them a top 10 place out of hundreds.

Qualified individually Area Dressage. 2nd in his arena and won the warm up test. 2025 Hickstead.

Superb XC pony. Schooling sessions up to BE 90 fences with 10 yr old jockey. Super with water, ditches, drops, skinnies, corners.

Lovely to hack alone or in company on roads and open fields. Likes to be in front if in a group. Can have a little spook but doesn’t do anything bad. He enjoys life and is a very happy go lucky, fun chap.

Snaffle mouthed. Came with a universal but we rarely use it now.

Good to catch and turn out, loads and travels a dream. Good with vaccinations but fussy to worm.

Can be left alone or with company on the lorry or trailer. No fuss. Ties up on the yard perfectly and waits patiently.

Brilliant at PC Camp and Champs.

Good with farrier, he was successfully barefoot for 5 years before we got him but I wanted studs in for XC.

Sound, Fit and ready to go and teach his next small person in PC and schools jump/ dressage/ event / Tetrathlon teams or is ready for someone more ambitious to train him up to reach his full SJ potential.

Aurora - 13.2hh 10 year old New forest X mare

Aurora has 3 good paces both in and out of the arena, hacks alone and in company and has a good jump. We have taken her on fun rides, beach days, one day events, venue hires, shows and pony club camp.

Aurora is one in a million due to having a docked tail which does not affect her in any way. She does also have very mild sweet itch which is manageable and I’m happy to discuss these things with anyone genuinely interested.

Aurora is looking for a 5 star home where she can continue to be spoilt rotten. Plenty more photos and videos available upon request and happy for any questions and viewings and vettings to take place.

An advert we have been dreading for some time, but the time has come to find a new home for Rocky, who has been hopelessly outgrown, after two fantastic years.

Rocky has done it all, from hacking and beach rides, to hunting, pony club, showjumping, cross country, Arena eventing and mounted games.

He has taken our son from a nervous rider, barely able to jump a pole, to competing and winning 60/70cm Pony club and NSEA competitions. Qualified NSEA Grassroots 60cm

Arena eventing and Showjumping finals at Hickstead 2024 and 2025.

Rocky lives out, good to shoe, safe in traffic, travels and loads well. Sound with no cushions, laminitis, and certainly does not feel or act his age. Plenty more years left in him.

A knowledgeable, five star home only, for this much loved and very special little pony.

Not your typical hot headed show jumper, he is calm and a pleasure to deal with, always perfect to catch, clip, shoe, physio etc. We clip him untied and he just falls asleep. Hacks out with the youngest of children alone or in company. Not stressy or silly.

Cloudy is a wonderful pony with excellent breeding by the sought after sire, I Love You Melody. Done all PC and NSEA activities up to 80cm and hunted in previous home. A truly versatile and fun mare, who is ready to find her new home.

Victoria stands at 15hh and is a real "leg in each corner" type, being able to be ridden by children and adults alike.

She has completed all pony club activities, as well as hunting, beach rides - the lot! She hacks perfectly alone and in company and is the type that doesn't need riding every day.

She happily lives in or out, and has perfect manners to handle. She is very cheap and easy to keep and displays no typical mareish characteristics - she will turnout with geldings too.

Victoria would make the perfect horse for someone who wants to go out and win at showjumping every week, or equally who just wants to hack a couple of times a week - she really does it all! She is always willing, never silly and a true pleasure to have on the yard. Victoria knows her job and loves it, she fills all of her riders with confidence and puts a smile on their face.

Victoria is very sound and recently passed a 5 stage vetting, she has no vices or blemishes. She is open to any trial or inspection.

Victoria certainly doesn't look or feel her age, and is ready to fill her new rider with confidence and have fun!

We are looking for a loving home for a mare who genuinely deserves it, she really is the perfect horse and has offered us so much fun.

Based in Kent

Dusty is an attractive pony who turns heads with her striking colour and 4 white socks. She is nicely put together, has clean limbs and good feet.

Dusty was lightly backed as a 3yr old before being turned away in a small herd for the winter. She was restarted at the beginning of this year as a 4yr old and has had a good all round education so far.

She has done lots of hacking both alone and in company. She has passed cars and farm traffic on the lanes and also enjoys hacking across open fields and having a canter on the mountain. She has been a pleasure to produce and although still green in the school she is willing and she walks, trots and canters nicely into a soft outline. She has started pole work and is ready to start learning to jump. She is bold and has had no problem crossing ditches whilst out hacking and being ridden away from other horses when out together. She has also attended some arena hires and has been calm and well behaved in new surroundings. She has been out to venues both with other horses and alone in the trailer, always behaving well and taking everything in her stride.

Dusty is such a sweet natured mare who is friendly in the stable and nicely mannered on the ground. She is easy to load and travel in the trailer, good to have her feet trimmed by the farrier and stands nicely to be tacked up, washed and groomed. She is not mareish and has been stabled next to and turned out with geldings.

She would make an ideal project for someone to bring on and have fun with. She is quality enough to produce for grassroots eventing/PC/RC activities. Equally she would make a super hunting pony or a lovely hack for someone wanting a nicely produced pony to enjoy.

Full history known. Genuine reason for sale.
Based with ‘Holly Bradshaw Eventing’ in Worcestershire.

Lady is a much loved member of our family but she is now sadly outgrown. She has proven herself as an eventing type having qualified for JCB Eventing Champs (90cm) in August as well as coming 2nd at Go BE 90 at the South of Scotland Horse Trials in May.

Lady was placed 5th individually at Northern Regional Eventing Champs in 2024 and was a member of the winning team.

Qualified Barrier Spring Festival for Showjumping (2024) and Arena Eventing (2025), 80cm and 90cm respectively.

Easy to do, perfect to load and will happily walk on herself onto a trailer. Doesn't need a companion to travel and has travelled with others she doesn't know. Never bucked, reared or napped, just loves to please and is forward and forgiving over a fence. XC/jumping is by far her favourite thing to do however she can also do a nice dressage test. She is a very genuine mare, kind and loyal to her rider.

We live on a busy dairy farm and as a result she is used to cows, dogs and noisy machinery. She is often ridden in open fields and the beach and never tanks off.

Serious enquiries only, a 5* home is essential for this kind, honest pony. Videos available on request.

Avalon Puissance, known at home as Nancy, is a 9 year old Dun mare with breeding and ability in abundance.

She’s by the talented Puissance out of a Prince of Thieves mare who was a Grade A show jumper and evented on the Irish pony European team to 2* level.

In the 6 years we’ve had her, she competed in SJI up to 1m, and now regularly jumps unaffiliated 1.10m and schools around 1.20m at home as rider out of age. Athletic and careful jumper who just gets better as the fences go up!

Nancy absolutely loves cross country and is a serious pony to hunt. Safe and easy from start to finish and jumps any hedge or ditch with her ears pricked.

Hacks alone or in company, enjoys the beach, great with farrier and dentist, clipped without a head collar and travels like a dream.

If you are after a sweet natured, seriously talented pony, please get in touch. Happy to answer any questions.

Measmand Black Pearl - aka ‘Ebony’. Extremely classy , 14.2HH, registered Welsh section D mare

4 year old , very well bred mare. Jet black with white socks and a beautiful head. Sure to turn heads and already showing how special she is even in such early days of her education.

Sired by ‘Trevallion AP Playboy ‘ - so the bloodline speaks for itself

Very straight mover. Equally expressive step infront and behind. Uphil step and desirable hock action in all three paces. Really does show class in her every stride

Well put together with good confirmation. Clean limbed and no injuries or vices

Ebony is sweet in the stable and easy , low maintenance mare to have in the yard. Can be quite nervous of you at first but soon comes out of her shell with consistency and routine. Loads and travels on a trailer or lorry. Live in or out etc

Broken and riding away well. Has a great mouth and carries herself. Is quite self sufficient in her way of going. Walk , trot, and cantering in the arena. Hacking out alone or in company in very heavy traffic and cantering around the open fields well. Showing to have no vices under saddle and is extremely switched on , picking things up very quickly. Shows desirable characteristics to make her a super pony with the world at her feet with further production. Capability in any sphere her new owner should desire.

Is typical of a Welsh , just broken four year old. Can be a little nervous and slightly behind the leg. Just what you’d expect of a typical baby. Is in full work and coming along at a very quick pace

Will be taking her hunting in the coming weeks should she still be with me

What a special mare for someone to make their own! Would like a knowledge home that has a job in mind for her as would be a shame for something of this class to not be done justice or go to waste

Would be a class all rounder 148cm type. Ideal for pony club , showing , working hunter , hacking , pleasure horse etc …. She really could do anything!

Open to any inspection

Hetty is a super pony who will suit a variety of homes I think she would make a wonderful mother daughter share, a 1st pony or a 2nd pony. Her greatest strength is how safe she is to hack she regularly takes adults and children out through a busy village and down to the beach as well as on local fun rides and has done plenty of mountain hacking. For all she is heavier cob type she’s not at all lazy making her an easy ride for less experienced riders.

Hetty will pop over a log or small XC jumps out hacking and on fun rides but has not been a competition pony in life so far. I’ve no doubt she would be great for pony club camps and rally days with somebody happy popping around the little stuff.

Open to all viewings and vettings. Hetty has done well this summer and is slightly on te podgey side but we are taking her out regularly to combat this! No school at home so happy to take viewers out hacking or alternatively if how she is in a school is important we can organise to hire one.

She comes with a full wardrobe saddle, bridle, rugs etc and I can help with transport too.

Taylor – 16.1hh, 15 years young, well bred - BWB (Fulton mare) x Holstein (Camargue)

It’s taken me all summer to finally write this, but with Taylor’s jockey heading off on travels and then university, it’s time to accept the inevitable and find him his next person & hopefully a forever home.

We bought Taylor just over two years ago after viewing numerous ISH types that all turned out to be too much horse for my then 16-year-old son, who was moving on from a steady Lusitano dressage schoolmaster. The brief was simple: something he could learn to ride a bigger movement on, improve his showjumping (having stopped after his 12hh second pony), and still have fun with — but not so quiet he’d be bored within six months! Also, something responsive to the aids and light in the mouth, as my son simply won’t kick!

Taylor has been all of that and more. He’s been the perfect confidence-giver with a bit of sparkle — talented, forward, and fun, but never dangerous. He even turned his hoof to horseback archery (though that’s definitely for the brave given his turn of speed on the track!). He’s also my go-to for a relaxing hack.

During his time with us, Taylor has done a bit of everything:
• Eventing clinics at Somerford and Greenlands
• Showjumping, dressage, and archery with my son
• NSEA competitions – qualifying for the Prelim and Novice Dressage Championships at Addington with my daughter (aged 12-14)
• Pony Club rallies (also with my daughter)

He can be ridden by any competent family member and is the one chosen to be handled by my 80-year-old mother should I need help. While not a true “first horse” due to his size and breeding, he’s exceptionally predictable and we’ve never known him to spook and take flight.

After purchasing him, I traced his full history - professional, caring homes with no known injuries or illnesses. He remains as sound and happy now as the day we bought him. He’s low mileage, having been well started and produced steadily with plenty of flatwork early on. Though bred for jumping, he’s never been over-pushed. We’ve jumped him up to 90 cm out and 1m15 at home — he makes a lovely shape over a fence and would thrive with a regular, structured program to strengthen and develop further.

Taylor is a dream to load and travel (box or trailer). He prefers company in the field and is equally content with mares or geldings. He’s kind, genuine, and has absolutely no malice — a real gentleman through and through.

He will only go to an experienced, caring home with ample turnout and winter grazing. This is a much-loved horse, and finding the right match for him is my top priority.

BSJA Registered Name : Sunshine Delight (435327)

Sunny is a truly special pony. She has unbelievable temperament and ability. She is scopey, careful and brave with amazing rideability. A lovely balanced canter and good, adjustable stride. Forward but never sharp, she covers the ground well. Nothing fazes her and she loves her job. Amazingly consistent, polite and confidence giving.

We are only selling as my daughter is off ponies this year and Sunny would be wasted if not given the opportunity to help another child to progress on their BSJA journey.

She is a fantastic Novice, Discovery, Newcomer/1m Restricted Rider and Bronze league prospect for 25/26. We have purposely kept her points low so is still in points to qualify all of these classes and jump Second Rounds/Finals. She has never been over jumped. Currently on 164 points.

Sunny has lovely flatwork, auto changes, basic lateral work. She has a good brain, clean footwork and good technique over a fence. She will try her heart out for her rider. She is not a stopper and will take a miss. She is the perfect pony to help a child to learn to ride correctly. Perfect to hack alone or in company. Impeccable manners at shows/stay aways. Has done some dressage, XC and Equitation, but this has not been our focus.

Qualified:

4/4 British Novice Double Clears for 2026 (achieved in 5 outings). Qualified to jump Second Rounds 2026.

2/4 Discovery Double Clears for 2026 at Wales (in one weekend). Will easily get the other 2.

British Novice National Championship Finals 2025

Novice Second Round at Parwood (Double Clear and 5th, qualifying on first attempt).

British Novice 2025 DCs achieved in 5 attempts

Blue Chip Championship 2025- Pikeur Pony Novice Final and Eskadron Pony Discovery Final (qualifying both at first attempt)

Novice second rounds 2024

Discovery second rounds 2024

Blue Chip Championship Sapphire Final 2023

Sunny is perfect for farrier, vet, dentist, to clip and to catch. Easy to handle by a child. Loads and travels without any fuss. Up to date with teeth, vaccinations, physio, etc. Will turn out with mares or geldings. Sunny is a genuinely lovely pony and is a pleasure to own and have on the yard.

A rare opportunity to buy a talented competition pony with the rideability and temperament to help a child progress with confidence. We would only let her go to the very best of homes, where we know she would thrive. If sold, we would like to keep in touch and we would offer her a home back with us if she were to be sold in future.

4 years worth of videos/photos available. Please call or message to discuss further, with details of your rider/sitution.

** Reducing Numbers - Need gone before winter, make me an offer **

Very Pretty Mare, nicely put together. Good Step and Movement. Working nicely and ready to find her next home.

Fully Registered Connemara with Green Passport
4 Years Old - 09.05.21
Standing at 14.2/3hh.

Showing good scope over a fence and could be a wonderful prospect with the correct further education, popped 1.05m parallel no issue at all.

She was broken in Ireland at the beginning of the year, started correctly and works in three balanced paces in the school.

Has hacked out on her own and in company. Very good with all vehicles on the road. More woah than go type, although with more fitness work and some food she would be quite the competition prospect with the natural technique she is showing over a fence.

She has done some light hacking and a little school work since being with me since July. She is not currently 'FIT' as she has only been in very light work. She is only just 4 years old and therefore is not the finished product but is ready and mature enough now to find her new home.

Good to do in all ways. I have trimmed/bathed/clipped chin & feathers etc and stands perfectly. Very good with feet and the farrier etc.
Currently unshod, as she has very strong feet so no need for shoes and lives out 24/7 (currently turned away due to lack of time with my kids going back to school).

Has been stabled and is fine, very laid back and doesn't stress at all if left on her own.

Easy to load and travels very well alone or in company.

N/N for HWSD. No lumps, bumps or sarcoids. Dentist has been and all good (video available).

All up to date with vaccinations/teeth/worming etc.

Open to vet. Based near Canterbury, KENT, South East.

No tack/rugs/accessories included in sale.

Bramble is such a fun allrounder that loves to jump. He is a super genuine and super safe ride, he will hack alone or in company. he is very unfazed by heavy traffic. he is snaffle mouthed in all phases.

He has currently been competing unaffiliated at 80cm but will easily go higher. he has 3 lovely paces and is very well schooled. he is gentle and straight forward chap living in or out and is lovely to have on the yard.

He would make a great PC or RC horse for a young rider coming out of ponies or a small adult that wants to have some fun!!!!

He is a very loveable boy and will be very missed

* REDUCED TO SEE HER IN A NEW HOME* TOP CLASS ALLROUNDER/ PONY CLUB PONY 'TOFFEE'

A loving little mare with a heart of gold. Toffee has the kindest, most loving personality who just wants to be someone’s bestfriend.

Very eye catching and a pleasure to ride. Her flatwork is beautiful and well established. Snaffle mouthed, never strong or silly. Forwards going but never sharp and is more of a leg on type. Straightforwards and uncomplicated ride. Prefers someone quiet that won’t flap around. Happy to step down a gear or whizz up when asked.

Very responsive to the rider. She likes someone that will make a fuss and work quietly away with her. She has all the attributes to make a top competition pony or would equally suit someone looking for a friend to spoil and enjoy. Would produce an excellent dressage test.

Happily popping round a little course of fences. She’s a pretty brave type and will always try her best in any new situation or environment. Hacks alone or in company brilliantly. Has seen a variety of things whilst she’s been with me out hacking. Never a sharp, nasty type.

Been out to arena hires etc and it’s evident she loves her job. Was backed and started in Ireland and has since been with a family in the uk. She’s been with me on schooling for the last couple of months where I have really got to know her.

Toffee is looking for someone that will make a friend of her, she likes to be able to trust someone and know that someone can give her some reassurance if needed as she’s low mileage.

Ready to go out and progress with her next rider. She is a dream to have on the yard and she will be very missed when she goes.

Great to do in all ways. No vices.

No health issues. Open to vet.

No loans, beginners or novices.
Wardrobe available.

Oasis

For sale sooner than I was hoping for but my daughter is just to tall on her.

Oasis is a cracking pony who is keen to please. Since being with us she has done it all. We have taken her hunting, pony club and games. She is a very fun pony. She is a forward thinking pony and loves jumping and hunting.

She has qualified for NSEA 2025 for show jumping and arena eventing. She is great to hack with go first of last great in groups and open spaces.

Oasis loves a job and being a welsh I wouldn’t say she would be for a child who has just learnt to canter I feel she would be wasted and bored. We are currently jumping her 70/80cm and haven’t pushed her more as the jockey is too big for her.

Up to date with all vaccines, teeth and back, great to catch and shoe she travels alone or in company on a trailer or lorry.

Very sweet young pony
