He has taken Archie off ponies and on to horses.

He competed at the U18 National Championship at Bishop Burton CCI** on the North West team when Archie was 16 years old.

He was in the top 12 after X -country (which includes the U19 year group due to Covid).

He has more recently competed at Intermediate successfully completing at Wellington International and Farley Hall.

Archie is now busy enjoying uni and doesn’t have the time needed to compete.

Smart, well bred rising 5y/o by a Cruising x Je T’aime Flamenco stallion out of a Master Imp mare. Incredibly balanced and sure footed, Wesley is proving an ideal contender for BYEH/5yo championship classes this year. Double clear and 5th in his first event, absolutely nothing phases this lovely horse.

He has three elevated, uphill paces, with a remarkably adjustable canter for his age. His attitude is fantastic no matter what he does - he is an attentive, quick learner who is eager to please.

His jump is scopey and bold, I am yet to find a fence too big or too scary! He has huge belief in his own ability and happily jumps from anywhere. Lovely and polite on landing - snaffle mouthed in every phase.

Wesley is a natural cross country horse. His first time out he comfortably popped a full course of 80/90, including ditches, water, skinnies & steps, without hesitation. He is light on his feet and absolutely loves it! Effortless clear XC at his first event.

No vices/medical issues/quirks. He is unbelievably straightforward, relaxed and generally just an absolute gentleman to have around. Hacks alone or in company, never hot/strong/silly, will stand on the lorry all day, well mannered on the hunting field.

Correctly produced and ready to get out and about. Sad sale, I am incredibly fond of this classy young horse!

Joey is an 11yr old Zangerscheide Belgium Warmblood by Jackson VD Merlsenest (Diamant De Semilly) out of a Gratulant mare who is an out and out showjumper.

He’s a jumping machine with loads of scope and loves his job, bold and brave, likes to run fast and jump but is a safe ride.

He’s Grade C with 500 points (£1,136 winnings) who’s previously jumped and won lots of affiliated competitions up to Newcomers level but now needs to have fun at a lower level due to a medical issue.

He is still very much sound and able to do his job and loves to pop round 80/90/1m BS Amateur / unaffiliated tracks with ease.

He’s a typical chestnut gelding who is forward going, sensitive but safe ride. He’s ridden in a snaffle at home hacking and jumping but a butterfly lozenge to compete in and needs a quiet rider to sit still and allow him to do his job.

He has established flatwork, 3 good paces and has done a couple of dressage tests but he’s a really a jumper.

He hacks out alone and in company through the heaviest of traffic. He’s an absolute winner in the ring, quick, turns, careful and tries his heart out for the rider.

He would ideally suit a competent, brave teenager or young adult who wants to go out and win.

He’s good to catch and shoe but does need a little sedation to clip just his head and neck. He loads perfectly in any vehicle and travels alone.

Milly has a huge jump and scope to burn.

She has cross country schooled and competed in a some unaffiliated events at the end of last season. She had a winter break and since coming back in has been cross country schooling and competed BS British Novice on a ticket.

Milly is undoubtedly very talented, but she can nap and so will need an experienced rider with the time to put into producing her further.

She is nervous in traffic and so is not suitable to hack on roads, but will hack on own or in company off road.

Good to shoe, clip, box. Easy to deal with on the ground at home and at shows.

Tiana is an absolutely beautiful horse, inside and out! She is homebred out of our Grade A Heartbreaker mare by Cicero.
She is a super model with no blemishes.

Tiana has been carefully produced for longevity. She was started at the end of her 4th year and started competing last year as a 5 year old. In just over a year she has gained 29 double clears in limited outings. She has qualified for all her 2nd rounds for this year.

Tiana is well schooled on the flat, with good changes. She jumps out of a super rhythm to a fence and is textbook in her style over a fence.

She is used to hacking on the roads to keep fit in between working in a school environment.

A lovely person to have around the yard.

Neil has been abroad and has done many away shows proving to be easy and behaves brilliantly at stay away shows. Never spooky, will jump fillers, water trays etc.

Very straightforward to ride, snaffle mouthed at all times, has very established flatwork, 3 uphill paces, works beautifully in the school and has good changes. He is good to hack both on roads and around the farm and happily travels in big and small lorrys.
