Ecclesville Candy Floss is a talented and ultra-consistent 7-year-old mare with a proven record up to 1.20m, including wins and placings at competitive level. She has competed at some of Ireland’s top venues, including the RUAS Balmoral Show as a 5-year-old, and jumped in 1.10m–1.15m Young Rider qualifiers for the RDS Dublin Horse Show.

As a 4-year-old, he placed 3rd in the Danish Indoor Championship, with an impressive 13 out of 15 clear rounds.

An incredibly difficult sale of a once in a lifetime horse.

Jet has taken me from jumping 1.10 on ponies to taking me around my first 1.45 in the space of 3 years. He has truly been the perfect partner for me, teaching me the ropes of the top end of the sport whilst always staying honest, genuine and brave, filling me with confidence with every round.

Jet has jumped internationally up to 1.45 and we are planning on stepping him up to 1.50 level nationally this summer. He has numerous placings at 1.35/140 level both nationally and internationally with me a very much amateur rider!

Jet is the most genuine horse I’ve ever had the pleasure of sitting on, he is always willing to jump from wherever I ask him to. He has saved me multiple times, with a smile on his face doing so! His bravery and honesty is something that he maintains whether he is jumping a 1.20 or 1.45. Making him a fantastic confidence giver.

At home and out of the ring he is just as much of a gentleman. He is easy to handle/do in all ways. He is loved by everyone who handles/knows him.

We have had the pleasure of owning Jet for nearly 4 years and his full history is known.
I truly believe that Jet is the blueprint for someone wanting the perfect first horse for a young rider wanting to learn about the top level of the sport. Equally Jet would be a valuable and reliable asset to a professionals string.

Only reason for such a reluctant sale is I am no longer able to maintain a horse at Jets competitive level due to being at university 2 hours away from home.

We have owned Royal River (River) for nearly 2 years and in this time he has been ridden by 5’3 teenager and done a bit of everything with the main focus being showjumping. Due to A-levels and school sport, competing was put on the back burner at points.

River has competed BS and UA up to 1.05 and he has WON last 4 British Novices he has jumped winning over £200 in 4 shows. Trained round 1.20/30m with trainer at home. In June/July was based on trainers yard due to exams and holidays. River is super quick again the clock and jumps off any stride.

Schools consistently on the flat with basic lateral work including flying changes established.

River has been XC schooling on numerous occasions and been on beach rides, hunter trials and was taken to PC camp last summer where he proved to be straightforward and well behaved when ridden in large groups. Could event with like minded rider.

River is good to hack alone and in company and regularly hacks over the A3 and is good with traffic/farm machinery.

River is good to box, clip, load, shoe and happy to live in or out. Happy to stand on lorry/trailer alone at shows.

We are looking for a long-term loan or lease-to-buy arrangement for a showjumper to compete at 90cm–105cm level for a lightweight lady rider.

We have our own facilities and would particularly suit an older horse looking to step down a level or two. The horse will have a kind, steady routine with:
• 100 acres of off-road hacking
• Plenty of turnout
• A light competition schedule (around 7 shows per year)
• No over-jumping or over-competing

We’ve had our current lease horse for three years and can provide excellent references. He will retire with us, so a forever home is assured.

If you’re going away to university and have a younger horse needing continued education, we can also offer consistent, sympathetic schooling with regular updates, photos, and full communication.
