This stunning gelding by the well known Diarado out of a Contendro mare is regretfully offered for sale after three wonderful years of partnership, only due to my ill health forcing me to stop riding.

This much-loved horse has evented successfully up to BE100.
He has three lovely paces, thrives in his flatwork, and would suit a dressage-focused home. Although he is also bold and carefully jump, genuine and straightforward to a fence with a huge scopey jump.

Dio is well-mannered on the ground and under saddle, good to clip, shoe, load and travel. He hacks both alone and in company.

He would suit a competent and confident rider who can enjoy all he has to offer, whether continuing his eventing career or focusing on dressage.

Harry is a lovely 16.2 bay gelding by Court Cave who is by Sadlers Welis.

He got 3 good paces and he's nice to school. He got 67% in his first Preliminary test to finish 7 th.

He has hunted but I don't think that's what he should be doing.

He has got a nice jump and he enjoys his jumping.

He does enjoy his cross-country.

Wetherby's - Strike Rate (ire). You can view his flat race record online. Known at home as “Womble”. I can hand on heart say I’ve never met a more sweet natured horse as womble. He was always supposed to be a project but he’s been with me over a year simply because I haven’t been able to face selling him. Once I realised just how lovely this little horse is I decided to give him a long holiday on good grass and boy did he blossom. I’ve had many projects over the years and other sweet natured horses but nothing quite like him. I should add I don’t “deal” simply just have one or two long term projects every 18 months or so. He’ll put his head to your chest for a cuddle and fall asleep on your lap.

He came to me straight off the track, I wanted to know what he’d done and what his temperament was like so took him for a couple of hacks in the early days back in November 2024 where he was super out on the headland around where I live and also in the village where buses and cars etc all pass us. You can tell he’d been with a good trainer who has kept his life well rounded. I then also took him to a pole clinic really just to see how he took to something new and this was when I decided to keep him for myself - he was just SUPER.

Fast forward he’s had his holiday and has had 2 cycles or normal shoeing and is more than ready to be brought back into work but through the last few months I’ve been stepping away from horses to start a new business which is my coffee trailer so my commitments daily will now be in there. I’m offering him as he is from the field as I know a lot of people prefer to have them that way to put their own stamp on. If he doesn’t sell within the first couple of weeks I will bring him into work and price will increase.

He’s up to date with shoes (just had a set on 22nd sept). Vaccs and worming. Will want his teeth doing but having a hard time finding a dentist in our area.

He’s good to deal with in all ways, loads and travels like a dream, I clipped him head to toe end of last winter and he stood like a rock the whole time, has been hot shot twice since having plates off and is getting used to that well. Has been in a mixed herd, geldings only and also will happily go out by himself. Hopefully I’ve covered everything in this add but please don’t hesitate to ask any further questions. I’m sure it goes without saying but he’ll need an experienced person to bring him back into work as he’s had 10 months off. I’m sure as any 4 year old would he will throw some shapes.

We’re based Swansea, South Wales. Happy to help with transport if needed and all viewings and vettings welcomed. I’d love to see him go to someone who wants to keep him for themselves or alternatively would be up for letting me know should they ever want to sell him as I would have him back in a heartbeat but as things stand he’ll stay a field ornament with me.

He has been SJ and XC schooling, Hunted in Ireland and recently autumn hunting here too. He is so very willing and takes everything in his stride, while always having a smile on his face. He has a fabulous natural jump being very careful with plenty of scope to go up the levels.

He would be ideal for someone who wants to put their own stamp on a quality compact little horse with a lovely temperament. He has the potential to BE/BS in the right hands or equally will be a lovely event/ allrounder and would also do well in the show ring.

He has no vices, lives in or out, travels alone or in company and good with the farrier.

No novices as he is still green and need further education, in the right home he will go far.

Bubbles is a homebred 7yr old. Well bred and well put together. He would make an exceptional hunter, hack, best friend or competition horse, ideal for someone who lacks a big budget wanting to jump bigger tracks in time.

He is very straight moving, well put together naturally uphill, established changes.

He is the kindest, friendliest horse to do in all ways, cuddly and always willing; he is anyone’s best friend.

He has jumped up to nc, Forward thinking, he never says no but he can get strong, he schools and hacks in a snaffle but at home and in the ring he can get strong to jump. Due to owners horses taking priority he is very low milage.

He has been xc schooling, giving leads to other horses over ditches, through water and over skinnies showing his willingness even on his first time.

Bubbles loves hacking, alone or in company, he is perfect to clip, load travel and has been to stay away shows. He is currently un shod and probably won’t ever need shoes.

This is a sad sale of a much loved homebred, out of one of my best jumping mares but sadly I can’t keep them all and he isn’t the most careful jumping although I believe in time he will be a good horse. He can be strong to a fence but he isn’t sharp or naughty ever- if anything he tries too hard.
