Bear is a 16hh 12 year old TB who has been with me since he was 6. He is a very kind hearted soul who thrives when in a consistent routine doing fun things. Previously trained to race but was too slow for this lifestyle.

He is good in all ways, to catch, clip, shoe and travel (though we haven't tried him in a trailer- only a box). He is snaffle mouthed. Can live in or out though I want him to go somewhere with daily turnout. He has been handled by children and is very sweet natured. He hacks alone and in company and isnt phased by traffic, buses, people mowing the lawn etc but can sometimes have a look at the crisp packet in the hedge! He has been known to windsuck after tea, however this is rare nowdays and he wears a collar for this. Up to date with all jabs, has seen physio, dentist & saddle fitter regularly. Fit and healthy.

With his previous owner he did fun rides (he doesnt mind other passing him) basic dressage and arena hires but our lack of consistent transport has meant we havent done much of this. He would love to return to this and maybe even try his hand at eventing.

He loves to jump but this is something that I dont enjoy so he is green in this field. He has been jumped by my instructor and is it clear he has alot of scope and enjoys this.

Bear is only for sale as I have lost my confidence since having my youngest child. Bear needs someone lightweight who wants to go out and have fun! He is not a novice ride as takes his confidence from his rider and if you are tense and concerned, he understandably is too! That being said, he's not a tricky ride but isnt suitable for a novice/nervous/just getting back into riding. Please no more timewasters!!!! She did her first ever workers course yesterday and was 3rd out of 11! We are unfortunately putting our loving Irish sports horse mare up for sale , she is perfect in every way! I literally CANNOT fault this mare and I wish my 13 year old daughter would love show jumping but she wants to concentrate on flat work but this mare wants to jump she absolutely loves the jumping jumped bs 1 metre , she’s won money on the circuit and is a c class and I feel she is wasted with us

She hacks out , goes through rivers , over motorway bridges , great to catch , bath, shoe (fronts only ) great With children not marish in any way , lives out in a herd

She is not for a novice in the jumping as she is very quick and fast in the school but will happily plod along on a hack or go jumping logs in the woods so would also be a great horse to go on hunts , she has done fun rides and cross country hacks out alone or in company

Has had saddle fitted its brand new 6 months ago , she has been treated like a queen , up to date with everything and this is a very very sad sale, if anyone wants to see her jumping we can hire the yard near us or happy to take her to a show

He really loves to impress on the flat and combines exceptional movement, correct, Alan Ed uphill lift and has an exceptional walk. He is very nicely established, responsive and has a good understanding with rein back, lateral work half pass all good and started changes.

He has progressed from prelim to Elementary with many wins along the way. Placed Pet Plan Area Festival Novice, and 4th BD Regioanal Winter Championships. he is now competing Ellmentary, has won FSM and qualified Summer regionals. He currently has 72 BD points but has competed FSM a lot. He is one of the most rewarding horses I have ever ridden on the flat.

Showjumping he has enjoyed many successes, competed up to 1m. He has qualified BE Arena Eventing Champs and ACE finals.

He loves XC, placed consistantly British Eventing 80 and BE90, inc BE80 Championships, qualified BE90 regional finals.
