Having outgrown her fabulous 13.3/14hh Welsh x Cob who turns her hoof to a bit of everything, we are looking for a similar type with longer legs! Think overgrown pony rather than a horse, temperament, consistency and kindness are paramount. Must be well schooled with good transitions but we don’t need big/expressive movement. We’d like something that is happy jumping 70/80 tracks, has done plenty of rallies, been to camp, hacks nicely etc. Must be easy and straightforward on the ground, to travel etc.

We really aren’t stuck on a Connie and would happily consider a sensible Section D, LW cob or Irish type. We are offering a fabulous family home, the stables are next to the house and the children are very involved in the day to day care of their ponies. Marley is my 9 year old KWPN cross gelding standing 16.3/17hh.

I have owned him from a 2 year old but known him from a foal so full history known.

His dam is a 17.2 KWPN jumping mare, sire 15hh sports pony (Diamond storm Murphy) by the prolific Stormhill Mink.

Marley has excellent conformation, straight moving with no lumps or bumps. He has 3 exceptionally balanced paces and is very agile and athletic to go with it. He schools beautifully from the seat and soft to the hand. He find lateral work very easy, leg yield, shoulder in and simple flying changes, medium and extended trot.

I have had Marley out to unaffiliated dressage and jumping (80cm which was effortless for him) and not phased by any fillers/water trays etc. we have also done many clinics and camps covering jumping and XC where he excels.

He loves to jump with a bold, confident, brave and careful jump. I have schooled him upto 105cm which he does with ease (but I am no showjumper) and told he is a 120cm horse all day long.

He is ready to progress his career now with someone who can take him out places and do more

Bear is super loving, very well schooled with beautiful paces and loves his flat work. More woah than go. He has never trained or raced and is more of a sports horse stamp than TB.

He would be happy with a pure dressage, or hunting, however he also has a nice jump. He is good to hack, never fizzy but he can spook, which is solved with acoustic ears. He is not a novice ride due to this.

He has jumped round plenty of courses, been xc schooling, on pleasure rides and hunting with bloodhounds. Super keen to please and never strong.

He is a sensible horse to have on the yard and isn't bothered with lots of things going on. He likes people and is very affectionate. He will stand to be groomed all day long.

I've known Tango all of his life as I have a working relationship with the stud in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire. He's by the lovely Trakehner stallion, Holme Park Kobalt by a Wesphalian mare. He is bred in the purple. Registered Hanovarian.

Last year the stud owner told me that after been backed and ridden away Tango had displayed a wind problem. She had him scoped and he had a partially paralysed larynx. She is a very small stud without full time staff so going forward Tango was an issue for her. I decided that I would take him on, operate on his wind, and then find him a good home. To me a wind problem isn't a massive red flag if it's dealt with.

So, in late September I re backed him for two weeks just so he hadn't forgotten what carrying a human was all about. In October he went to Cotts in Narberth for a hobday and an Neuromuscular pedicle graft op (not a tie back). Please Google what it is save me the typing. Richard at Cotts thought it was the better option as the larynx isn't permanently open as in a tie back op.

He had to have 5 months off. We're now in the first stages of lunge work in tack. Then in mid April he's to go into ridden work. He's being a star.
So, the reason I'm having to sell early is of no fault of his or mine. I do have Tango's father with me.

He is good for the farrier (bare foot), up to date on teeth, vacs. Good to catch, lead in and out. Good to load in my 18t lorry and a 4.5t, never tried a trailer. No vices, a few superficial scars on his off hind from an altercation with a fence. The pic of the black horse is his father.
Please note: this is a lovely, but green 5yr old. So please no novices. He needs a home who can continue to bring out his potential and get him out seeing more of the world. Nimbus is such wonderful horse but due to changes in circumstances I no longer have the time to do him justice, that is the only reason why I am selling him. Bought straight from the breeder at 18 months old so full history known.

His dam is a KWPN Dutch warmblood and his sire is an Andalusian (PRE). Such a level headed guy, not spooky, really straightforward to ride and has taken everything in his stride.

He has had since September 2024 off and is not currently in work hence price. He does have a very small splint on his front leg but he’s had this since he was 4 years old and has never caused him any lameness or any issues and this is also reflected in his price.

Safe, family horse, hacked and schooled by a 15 year old girl.

Oscar has been a real family horse, mainly ridden by a 15 year old girl but also hacked by an amateur Mum and safe enough for my 11 year old daughter to ride in the school.

He is the sort you can pick up and put down but he also does love to work.

He is a really good hack and excellent in the heaviest of traffic, whether on his own or in a group.

He has lovely paces and an unusually elevated trot.

He’s well schooled and would do a lovely dressage test. We just haven’t had time to compete him. In an ideal world he would love to live out. With us he is out all day and in a stable and pen at night and he is also really happy with this.

He does occasionally weave if he is stabled, mainly at feed times but doesn’t tend do this if he is out or in a pen. This is reflected in the price. He did race a few times as a youngster, but since then was in a home in Dartmoor where he mainly just hacked so he has low mileage.
