Lily is an mature mare with plenty still to offer. She is a sweet, genuine horse who has previously been a broodmare and has been coming back into work over the last year. She is a beautiful, well-put-together 15.1hh mare. She is been ridden by two competent 17-year-olds and has shown potential in everything she done. She's good with traffic and large farm machinery.

She also has good manners on the ground, enjoys her groundwork, she loads, stands quietly for the farrier, and is regularly handled and ridden on a busy working farm. She will happily come in from the field on her own, and can be ridden in the school or out hacking, sometimes she may plant at certain points when leaving her field mates, but this is manageable and does not detract from her overall willingness.

On the flat, she produces a lovely, natural shape with a soft snaffle mouth and three balanced paces. She is showing real promise in her schooling, with a naturally rhythmical way of going and a good attitude. Her movement is correct and attractive, and she will only improve further with continued work and strength-building. She enjoys jumping, always try's her best, however sometimes needs an extra squeeze for reassurance, she is not strong to a fence, with a snaffled mouth.

She will live in or out. She has had two foals in the past and was ridden before breeding, since she has been bought back into work she has made good progress. She currently lives out 24/7 in a mixed herd of geldings and mares. She likes her personal space and will politely tell other horses to move if needed, but settles well within a herd environment.

Lily would suit a experienced and capable teen or adult rider, looking to enjoy continuing to bringing her on and developing her potential, as she is a intelligent mare and can take advantage of a rider who lacks knowledge or confidence with the occasional nap. Very sadly for sale due to a move to the city and changes in our work/study commitments.

Magic has successfully evented up to BE Intermediate and won at 2* with previous owner. We bought Magic 3 yrs ago as a schoolmaster for my then 14yr old daughter stepping up from her 14.1hh Connie. Within their first year together he took her from her 2nd ever unaffiliated 90cm ODE to back-to-back wins at BE100 and reserve champion in the Schools Equestrian Games (SEG) 100cm National Championships at Dauntsey. They also picked up plenty of ribbons and numerous double clears along the way in UA eventing, Cotswold Cup, Pony Club, SJ, dressage, arena eventing, combined trainings etc. He has attended lots of BE and Pony Club clinics/trainings, always behaving beautifully, and has even passed his GCSE PE equestrian practical twice with flying colours!

After a quiet year due to exams/moving etc, he is absolutely not ready to stop going out to parties and is now looking for a new jockey to go out and have fun with, but at the lower levels (<100cm). While we consider him a schoolmaster and he will definitely take a miss, he is still a well-trained event horse and would not suit a complete novice. Stunning homebred chestnut Colt, Dancing Duke out of homebred Mare, Dancing Duchess (75% TB - 25% Arab) - (by Daws Firebird). Duchess has been an exceptional allrounder and is the 7th generation of a line bred by my grandmother.

Duke carries himself beautifully, showing exceptional movement, grace and cadence - his innate character is inquisitive and bold, left brain and confident. An exceptional character to train for whatever discipline. Would excel in the eventing world, or dressage world due to his phenomenal breeding. See below for more information.

Duke's sire is Catherston Liberator (75% TB), whose Thoroughbred sire was Liboi.

Catherston Liberator was an extremely tough, sound race horse who raced for no less than 8 seasons. Liberator’s mother was the Grade B showjumper, Catherston Jetstream by Jashin. Liberator fulfilled his early promise by attaining Advanced status Eventing and Prix St George standard in Dressage. In Eventing he won at Novice on only his second outing followed by leading after Dr and SJ at Mattingley in the 2**. That season finished with him winning the Aldon 2 day event by 11 points!!!! The following year started with him winning the Novice at Tweseldown, followed by 3 consecutive wins at Intermediate {Longleat, Sommerley and Wilton}. An incredible record, even by modern day standards.

In the Dressage arena Catherston Libertor competed at Advanced gaining over 450 BD points and followed in his mother’s hoof prints in the show jumping ring winning £346, qualifying for the Winter Novice Championships at Hickstead where he was 2nd in the Grade C competition.

If his own performance record isn't enough he is also one of THE most consistent sires of top level competition horses. He has a number of Advanced eventers to his credit including the double 3*** winner in America, the British Bred Tregarth and in the UK most recently Xavier Faer who was 3rd at Badminton 2018.

So here you have one of the very few Elite stallions who possesses thoroughbred blood, has competed himself at the highest level and has sired numerous top competition horses, both in the UK and world wide.

Duke (3yr old) is for sale as we don't have the time for the next phase, as I'm working full time in London and travel with work making life very complicated. A very sad sale of my lovely mare but its time I admit my aspirations have changed and we are no longer a good fit together. Its time for her to go and make someone else very happy!

I bought Hooriya two years ago as a dressage project she has come on leaps and bounds in her flat work and schools nicely in all three paces. She has been out to dressage with me plenty of times and qualified for PetPlan regionals at prelim this past summer and certainly has the potential to move a bit further up the levels.
She has impeccable show manners, will stand on the lorry all day and whilst she can be curious is not spooky in new arenas.

She has also more recently been out showjumping where she behaved impeccably and popped round a course of 70 and 80 with no issues, she have never said no out jumping and it is clear its something she enjoys! Same goes for xc schooling she's bold and brave to a fence no reason she won't make a fabulous little eventer. Has seen coloured fences, water ditches, and steps and didn't bat an eye.

Out hacking she is an absolute pleasure, she has never put a foot wrong. She will go out alone, or in company leading or behind she is a real joy and not spooky. In her previous home she was hacked by a very novice rider.

Despite all of this she isnt suited to a complete novice, being a Thoroughbred she can be sharp when not in regular work, I believe she will thrive with a confident, kind rider who enjoys a horse with a bit of personality and can continue her education.

She also does have previous vet history which I am happy to discuss with anyone seriously interested in her. Please dont be put off this hasn't affected her in nearly two years!
