4 year old 16h well bred mare.

Super temperament and easy to do in all ways.

Professionally backed end of last year and had time off over winter to mature. She is now back in work and picking up where she left off.

Has just started jumping a small course at home. She is super easy and stays in a nice rhythm before and after the jump. Not bothered by fillers. now ready to go to some arena hires/ small competitions.

She is very brave, bold to a jump and not spooky. Lovey paces. Her flat work is a little green but improving all the time.

Hacks out well. Not at all bothered by traffic, lorries, tractors, etc. We live on a farm so she is very used to farm machinery.

She really could turn her hoof to anything, whether its dressage, show jumping or an all round home. She is very willing and always wants to please her rider.

Up to date with dentist, vaccinations etc. Good to shoe, bath, load, clip.

No nervous or novice riders purely due to her age.

She does have a scaring on her hocks which are purely cosmetic. These have been x rayed and are 100% fine. The X rays are available to see if you wish.

A very special home sought for a much-loved gelding where happiness and long-term fit are far more important than price.

Elegant type rather than heavy boned, with a kind nature and huge personality. On the ground he is genuinely like a Labrador, affectionate, friendly and nosey, loves being part of things. He has excellent stable manners, is easy to catch, shoe, load, bath etc polite to lead, and good with dogs.

He would suit a varied home with plenty of hacking and turnout. He enjoys getting out more than endless arena work but does a lovely dressage test. He has happily done hacking, pole work and low level dressage in the last 3 years, and while he has jumped in the past, this hasn’t been part of his recent work due to owner preference. He's very easy to take to a show alone, as a 5ft 6 female, and I have always been glad and relieved to be on him rather than any of the others in the warm up!

Hacks alone and in company, not nappy or strong, but under saddle he is a quality horse best suited to a confident, experienced rider. He can be sensitive, and have the odd spook, so he appreciates a rider who will reassure him. He’s not visually spooky though — those pesky jumps in the corner, arena banners and the infamous moving mounting block don’t bother him.

Currently in work, although not as much as he would ideally like due to time constraints, change in life circumstances and time forces sale (owner is not getting another).

He has some medical history which doesn't affect him day to day and will be discussed with serious enquiries. Priced accordingly and home is far more important than price.

This is a very difficult decision, so please no dealers, riding schools or anyone wanting a quick flip or competition machine. He deserves a kind, knowledgeable person who will enjoy him and give him a happy life.

He has been to cross country schooling where he proved to be bold, popping over everything put in front of him and even trying out the water first time!

At home he is a gentleman in and out of the stable, he’s very friendly and loves a cuddle! He loves his hacking, alone and in company. Happy to lead others or be at the back of the ride.
