With his exceptional paces and beautiful trainable brain he has a huge future again of him as a fantastic sports pony
Very Well bred with both sire and dam producing quality horses, bred by the lovely MiPally stud. Who are very helpful knowledgeable stud known for breeding quality young horses for a variety disciplines.
Very well handled, great for farrier, physio, vet and to load and travel.
Turns out with geldings and other colts/ stallions. He will also happily turn out alone without a friend in sight. Forever finding him sharing the field stable with another horse, eating the same snacks, he really does have a great personality!
Lives in or out and isn’t fussy about being left on his own whilst his friend is working.
Proving to be bold and brave, with a great trainable head and great manners! He was loose in the arena, with some poles dotted about, he goes straight up gives it a sniff and proceeds to trot over it, bringing himself back round to have a little jump, showing his boldness!
I believe he will make a fantastic little eventing horse, with the correct technique and all the attributes for a top level horse.
He’s showing to be a fun forward boy, with his elegance and quality showing through.
Equally in time an asset to a stud looking to introduce his stamp and quality.
He is beautifully bred with his Sire being a lovely Palatino Connemara Stallion and his dam being sired by a Connemara and dam a TB. Making this lovely little Dun colt a beautiful combination of 3/4 Connemara 1/4 blood. I will forever believe this is an excellent performance percentage to enable a bright future in a variety of disciplines. He outstanding attributes are through and through passed down with great breeding of quality horses. Photos are available of his sire and dam (which were obtained from his stud)
Education wise, he is currently in the process of being bitted and walking out to experience the world abit!
Super easy to do and have around.. you don’t know you’ve got him.
Handled daily by my 60 year old mother and last time he had the farrier was held by my very non horsey father!
He spends most of his life asleep, so don’t be too alarmed if you find him dead flat in the field or stable.
Very genuine reason for sale in the respect I purchased him to show, however an elderly (very grumpy) horse bit him, causing a superficial scar. This has healed beautifully and followed up with physio sessions and vet check ups to ensure all ok! He also had multiple Therplate sessions which I do believe added to the excellent outcome. However this has no left me in the situation where I do not believe it will be so much of an issue at lower level however once he is taken up through to affiliated, judges will take everything int consideration! He has the brain, confidence and technique to do very well in other disciplines which I do not do and leading me to the reason of this sale.
He is kept at home, with no set routine which has brilliant through this weather with sometimes in during day/out at night and other times having to spend a few days in! He isn’t phased if he is in or out.
He is a very rare find, bred to perform with his quality and substance.
He has no idea he is a colt, currently turned out with a recently gelded older sec D, who is very much boss!
He has been kept entire due to his as he would make an excellent future breeding prospect however he can be gelded after purchase and stay here until healed and ready to go if you can not accommodate a colt.
