Callie is the perfect schoolmaster / mother daughter share willing and genuine, doesn’t ride too big and easy off the leg!

She has competed up to 110 showjumping but doesn’t have many points so is still in discovery!

Has competed BE100 double clears on record with placings.

Schools well on the flat, easy to ride and will produce a nice test.

Loves her jumping is up for the job but listens at the same time!

Exceptionally beautiful, lovely mannered gelding. A

History – Imported April 2024, since which time professionally broken in and ridden on.

Showjumping – exceptionally talented jumper, careful and mannerly into a fence. Registered BS and jumped double clears, qualifying for 85cm second rounds. Has seen all age appropriate fillers including water tray. Done arena hires and XC hire including popping small ditches. Obviously still green . Particularly enjoys combinations and gridwork where has shown himself to be very quick, clever and talented . Very well behaved in busy collecting ring.

Flatwork – still green but starting flying changes. When schooling he holds the paces well but can be quite nosey ( looking around) and needs to learn to be more focused but no issues with napping or anything – this will come with age and focus and is not a problem once he starts jumping. Prefers to work on a loose contact . Not overly sensitive to aids (so doesn’t suit present owner who likes very sharp horses) . Holds the canter well and is learning to adjust his stride.

Hacking – Regularly hacks around our country lanes both alone and in company . No spinning , rearing napping or bolting etc. Good with cars, bicycles, tractors vans etc. Happy to go through river .

Handling- good to clip , load , catch etc. Turns out alone or in company is very friendly, a delight to handle in and out of the stable with no vices.

Health - Fit and ready to go on. A very good doer, regularly wormed and no illness or lameness issues whilst in may care (over a year from import) . No known gastric issues but is inclined to put weight on easily. Has thrown a splint but that doesn’t affect him and he has never been lame
General - Not for novices as this is a talented young sports horse with a good future ahead . Only for sale as I purchased him unbroken and he just isn't the ride for me (I like super sharp edgy horses) . Suited to competent amateur / semi professional who wants to bring out potential of this very talented young horse.

Sad sale of much loved member of the family for the past 5 years (from rider age 15 to 20 yrs) as rider enters the second year of uni and no longer has the time he deserves.

Hacks alone and in company, great with heavy machinery etc. Can get buzzy at speed/in big groups but just showing he is keen!

Great manners on the ground: Good to load, shoe, clip etc. A really lovely character to be around.

Very well developed flat work, always scoring in the high 20s/low 30s in dressage and competed up to Novice.

Reliable and very easy show jumper who basically is just a point and go. Show jumped up to 1.10m but most comfortable up to 1m.

Previously evented up to BE100, the last two seasons competed at GOBE90, went double clear in the GOBE90 at West Wilts in June, since then been saved due to the hard ground.

Underwent surgery on his left hind deep digital flexor tendon in 2022. Been back and busy in full work still loving the job. Due to this he will not pass a 5 stage vetting hence substantial price reduction for a truly lovely, quality horse with lots of fun to be had. Vet report available.

A real honest ad as I only want her to go to best and the most loving of homes!

Luna is being sold as a project due to her in February going through surgery on her stifle. She’s currently being rehabbed and doing really well but she would need to continue this after being sold, she’s also had her stifle injected. She also has a few small sarcoids but they have never affected her, a full vet report can be seen.

Her good parts:
-Luna is a very talented horse, before surgery she had proven to be jumping 1m+ with ease and absolutely loves it.
-She has been to the beach, arena hires, the gallops and has always been an angel, never put a foot wrong.
-She loves to hack, i used to take her on hour long hacks, galloping around the countryside and she was always the best behaved.
-She’s amazing to clip, load and lead.

Her bad parts:
-Luna can be quite a sharp horse and is known to rear when she gets worried or overwhelmed therefore would need a very confident rider.
-She is only 6 and very green due to her only being in ridden work for around 1 year, so she would need someone to continue to produce her.
-She needs continuous work, she’s not the kind of horse you can leave for weeks and then pick back up. She needs to be kept in continuous work otherwise can come out fresh.
-She can be mareish to tack up, nothing dangerous just need to be stern with her.

I’ve owned her for 2 years and completely heartbroken it’s had to come to this conclusion so she will only be going to the best of homes. Endless videos of her in work available.
