This lovely 5-year-old full Irish Draught sire is Young Zidane. He was bred by a top showing breeder and has siblings qualifying for RIHS and HOYs. So he would certainly blend in very well on the show circuit.

Please do not be put off by his age! He really is old head on young shoulders! So much so he would suit a novice rider as-well as an older rider wanting something totally reliable. We have videos of him with a variety of riding abilities.

Barney is the ultimate all-rounder. He has done a bit of everything with the same cool attitude no matter what or where we go – out at competitions, eventing, hunting, hacking, and camps. He’s brave as a lion, honest as the day is long, and always up for an adventure.

He is a super safe, leg-on ride – the kind you can trust to look after you and just get on with the job. He is more a woah than go ride so he suits anyone from a complete novice up to someone who just wants a relaxed ride but is capable in all spheres. Hacks alone or in company, pops any fence you point him at on any stride, is completely unoffended by a miss.

Barney is very confidence giving! He’s got a beautiful natural outline and balance so would happily do some pleasing dressage tests even though going in circles he does find a bit boring but he really puts his heart into anything he does. He would suit a varied life of doing bits of everything.

He really suits and loves being out and about whether that be Hunting, XC or hacking.

Barney is a great doer, barefoot with fabulous feet, and happily doing all activities without shoes. Very Low maintenance and a total gent on the yard.

He’s the perfect partner for someone wanting fun, confidence, and versatility.

Gilltown Mermus is a super, beautiful 7yr old mare by the famous stallion, Mermus R. Her sire has produced numerous top level horses at both 5* eventing and 1.50 level show jumping. Her Dam, Garthy Diamond Malt is by Chacoa, so this mare really is bred in the purple for jumping.

Perry has been an incredibly consistent horse on the British Show Jumping circuit for us and when she is on the lorry, we know we will be coming home with prize money and a rosette or two. She would be the dream addition to a yard of anyone who is wanting to be competitive week in, week out. She has been a serial winner at British Novice and Discovery level and is now happily out competing at Newcomers/1.10. She is already qualified for Discovery Second Rounds in 2025, jumping four out of four double clears and ready for someone to go and be competitive Winter, with just shy of £400 in winnings and 180 points on her CV to date.

She is snaffle mouthed in every phase and works beautifully on the flat. Perry hacks out alone and in company, travels solo or with others and is a general pleasure to have around. In addition to her extensive BS record, since we bought her as a four year old, she has cross country schooled, hunted, competed arena eventing, unaffiliated one day events and dressage.

He is an absolutely stunning boy and stands out wherever he goes - He’s got all the bling!

He is super confident, Hugo has the most comical personality, he is like a big Labrador - wants to be “helping” with whatever you are doing

Nice quiet ride, snaffle mouth at all times. He can go very nicely on the flat with a good rider but equally happy to bob along poking his nose for a novice rider.

He is schooled over poles and x country fences and has been on a fun ride with a nervous novice 50+ year old where his behaviour was impeccable, has also been ridden by a 7 year old novice and we feel he would be suitable for all the family or as a mother daughter share.

Hugo has lots of quality and It is easy to see him progressing as an eventer, working hunter, showjumper or dressage pony. He is going to make a great best friend to his new owner.

Hugo is good to catch, clip, shoe, load. He can pull faces in the stable at feed times

Very playful in the field with other horses (as lots of young horses are), he is turned out with mares and geldings.

He has jumped solid and coloured fences up to 70cm and has a great can do attitude and never says no. He has lots of scope for more but due to age we don’t want to rush him 

Has hacked out in company with us and was not worried by anything other than the motorway bridge on our ridiculously busy road.

Loves to jump and works nicely in the school. She is a sensitive horse, never strong but has a busy mind and likes to get cracked on so would need an experienced and kind rider to bring out the best in her. She is not a novice ride

She hacks in company and alone and is forward going though does take her confidence from rider in general. Great with traffic, machinery etc. but she really doesn’t like bikes unfortunately. If they slow/stop she will pass especially with others but if they dont she does panic if on tight roads.

We have worked a lot on this but it’s difficult when the cyclists aren’t very obliging! It’s really her biggest vice unfortunately due to us currently being in busy cyclist areas

She’s easy to catch, load, clip, farrier, dentist etc

Currently living out 24/7 all year and barefoot. Great in a herd

Hacks alone and in company, good with traffic and used to big machinery here on the farm. She has a naturally chilled nature and seems to take new things in her stride without a fuss. Has done a little XC schooling and popping some poles, she has a lot of jump and is very willing. Been to arena hire where she stood very patiently on the lorry waiting her turn, then came out and jumped a course of fences like she’d done it all her life!

Riding sweetly on the flat for her age with good quality paces. She hasn’t been hammered but has been produced really nicely to date and is ready to give her new owner tons of fun.

Would easily go on to do pure dressage/grassroots/riding club/hunting/fun rides. World is your oyster with this one!

Ziggy is the most straightforward mare. She is a true point& shoot jumping machine.

Double clears at 90 schooling 100+ she knows where the top rail is and rarely touches it.

She is very low mileage and only really just starting her career as she was backed just before lockdown then turned away and re backed as a 6.5 year old.

Recently 7th Oasby BE90 with an uncharacteristic rail SJ.

Judges love her already but there’s lots more to come.

She is the easiest to jump - just give her a line and she will find her own stride assess the top rail and sort it for you!

She measures over 14.2 with shoes and I’ve never had a height certificate but if she measured as a pony she would definitely be an FEI prospect.

Not mareish at all - I never know when she’s in season.

I adore this little mare but have a herd of 7 and a full time job- she will excel with someone who will train her to the top.

Lives out 24/7 but is happy in a stable.

She is a total joy and needs a competitive home where she will be used to her full potential.
