By the outstanding KWPN stallion 1.50m SJ sire Sibon W. Sibon has jumped a great level and produced many offspring to Grand Prix. Sibon W himself being by the legendary Heartbreaker.
His Dam line is sensational her sire Manor Glen is by Templebready Fear Bui who needs no introduction to Connemara enthusiasts as a producer of top jumping ponies.
So by mixing the 2 breeds you get the wonderful Simon.
Simon has been in the same home since a 2yr and has been allowed to grow and mature without being rushed.
Although he shows a draw dropping loose jump talent, they were keen to ensure he was given time and was lightly backed at 4years old before he was turned away again.
Perfectly professionally produced with no short cuts in education. He demonstrates 3 beautiful gaits, moving freely with power and expression naturally balanced. Snaffle mouthed at all times. Simon is good in the contact and balanced. Off the aids on point, always willing to listen to his rider.
He has been XC schooled. Fantastically brave. Jumps ditches, hedges, water etc. Effortless across the ground, easily moves into an easy gallop. Plenty of engine.
His photos speak for themselves showjumping. First ever show was the week at RIHS. He jumped combinations, water trays, gates, planks on a surface and grass. He will easily jump top tracks in time. Careful, brave, insane back end. His jump is natural and has not been manufactured.
What shines more than all of the above is his mentally. He gives absolutely everything a go. There are not many 5 year olds that haven’t been competed that could rock up to one of the busiest shows of the year and be so chilled. Simon didn’t give a hoot. Was totally settled in the stable, walk ways and warm up arenas with everything going on. You will look forever to find something with all the above attributes.
I haven’t even finished! Can you tell we love him. He is nicely put together but has some growing and maturing to do will finish 16hh or so I’d say.
Hacks out sensibly and seen traffic. Good in open spaces.
He is perfect to handle, like a big dog.
He has shown no vices. Has a recent 5 stage vetting done prior to import.
